This is the only DQ in Inverness Florida. Nice servers who brings you your orders. Very clean and never crowded. Plenty of parking and efficient drive-thru.

The girl who took our order wouldn’t stop staring at by bf since we walked in and when she brought us our ice cream she got up in his space and was there for a long time for just 2 ice creams… on sat mar 7th at 9pm

I am so tired of this place with cold fires and small portions! You sometimes have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes to be greeted by the unfriendly staff who act like you’re a bother to them. I had an issue the other night spoke to a guy who sounded like he was about to be 15 that only apologized for his mistake and offered nothing! They push anything out the window to you and then when you call back and complain, about the mistakes they made, they only tell you they are sorry, just like they do in the reviews. How about you STOP offering boring apologies and actually replace the food?!? We don’t work hard and honestly to just throw away money supporting your restaurant! I’m about to write this place off my list but definitely won’t be back anytime soon so you can keep that lame response ” hope you’ll give us another chance” to yourself. No one should give you another chance! You’ve had enough bad reviews to change and you won’t. Maybe when your parking lot is EMPTY, you’ll have plenty of time to improve and actually act like having customers matter!

I took my daughter and friend here after a hot day at the park. The food was hot, the blizzards and cones were great. People were friendly. Not too bad of a wait considering we came at higher traffic time. Definitely will come back again..

I had to wait at the speaker for 2 mins before anyone acknowledged me. I thought maybe they were just busy. I ordered a large coke and regular fries (the $5 mix and match). I go to pull around to the window and there was only 1 person in front of me. Again waited another 5 mins in line. I was going to just leave, but there was a truck behind me so I didn’t have room to get around the car in front of me. Then I get to the window and she tells me the total was almost $10. I said it was supposed to be the $5 deal. The response was “Oh. Well it was rang up as a large fry and large coke.” At this point I just needed to leave and didn’t have time to wait longer. I won’t be back to this location.

I went through the drive thru. The order was taken quickly, and the cashier taking the order was friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a 1/4 pound burger with fries, and some mini blizzards. I pull to the window, pay for the food and wait. About 2 minutes later, I recieved my blizzards (I had to ask for lids and a cup holder). 8 minutes later…I know they aren’t the fastest fast food place, but that’s a little crazy. I get my food home. First of all, no onion rings, which I paid extra for. Then the burgers. The bacon cheeseburger is advertised as 1/4 pound burger with bacon. So my 2 burgers should have been the same, just one with bacon. I do not know how much one of their patties weigh, but one of mine had 2 patties, and the other had only 1 (maybe we got an extra patty by mistake?). Neither had bacon. They were really sloppily put together, the one with a single patty had melted all over the outside of its wrapping. I’ve been there a few times before, and have had a few problems, but nothing close to this.
