As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

First of all, they’re out of half of the menu. There’s a handmade sign stating they were out of spicy chicken, CHEESE, funnel cake fries, lettuce and a few other things. Okay… cool. I asked if they had any other cheese available before ordering my burger they said yes. I order the new onion ring fries.. they wait, and then say “actually, we’re out of those too” so I say okay and before I know it I was told to pull around (who said I was finished ordering?). I get to the window and pay, I ask for ketchup and secret sauce. To which I was advised they would cup up some ketchup but I had to pay 55 cents for a cup of secret sauce.. to which you’d think they would give as an courtesy being how half the menu isn’t available! I pay the 55 cents and they hand me the sauce and close the window. I sit there, still waiting on my ketchup. About 3 minutes goes back and a DIFFERENT worker comes back to say “oh.. he should’ve told you were out of ketchup too”?? lol Let me pay for sauce then tell me the “free” sauce just so happen to run out lol. What a joke. This was a horrible experience and the food was even worse.

I went to this place and ordered a large chocolate milkshake and they hand me a small cup with what looks like all the flavore were mixed in. On top of that my burger has all residue from the grill all over it. Need to do a better job with cleanliness and service. Paid over $15 for a terrible experience

Ordered mine and my husband’s food and asked for no onion on my husband’s which was loaded with onion. I also ordered a 6 PC mozzarella stick which they didnt even give me went back through and got it and then found out they didnt even give me the 6 PC we ordered. Staff isnt friendly at all. When requesting condiments for the food they then informed me it would be 75 cents for a thing of ranch. Do not recommend this location

I ordered the deep sea double fish sandwich one of the fish paddies was burnt and both were cold. Both paddies were broken up looking like someone was having fun playing with my food. I also ordered chili cheese fries a large if that was a large I would hate to see the small. Also not even enough chili or cheese sauce to cover a thread of the fries. It was so cold that I had to reheat them. Definitely not worth the money that I spent.

The service and food here is not good, at all. The Employees were nice enough but to serve somebody food that was probably cooked the day before then re dropped after it sat out all day is just not decent at all. I will not return to this store. I’m not sure if it was ever great to say it’s gone downhill but I can definitely see why all the other Rallys have closed except for the only good one in Decatur.

This has to be , the most disgusting place ever. Everything is filthy and make sure you check your burger, before you eat them!!! They don’t clean the grill had a lot of residue on my burger from the grill. My food tastes like crap. 3 am hungry but couldn’t get my self to eat the burger after 2 bites, it was enough

Ordered through DoorDash. The assigned dasher waited at the store for 20+ minutes almost immediately after I submitted my order. The employees at the location claims some other dasher picked up my food already when it’s not even possible to do if you’re not the assigned dasher. DONT MESS WITH OTHER PEOPLES LIVELY HOODS JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDNT FEEL LIKE MAKING MY FOOD. My dasher’s pay and ranking is now going to be effected because of this. Grow up.

Fire everybody last night ordered food and they said they never made it so DoorDash took forever to refund me because they confirmed the order and wouldn’t cancelled , I ordered from DoorDash again and ordered a large Parmesan garlic fries and guess what I got cold and soggy fries don’t eat here don’t matter what time of day it is actually go to the location these employees don’t care rally’s will just hire anybody

HORRIBLE!! I recently ordered from Rally’s East Washington via DoorDash on 9/20/20 around 11:00-11:30 PM EST. My food was delivered around 12:00 AM EST. Excited to eat, I opened my boneless wings and dug right in. To my surprise when I bit into the first wing, it was raw. I began to remove the breading of the wing to find raw meat hidden below. I thought maybe it was just one, but no they all were raw. Never again will I order from here. This was an horrible experience. I tried calling to make them aware of the issue, but no answer. I’ve reached out to DoorDash and had my order refunded, but I just want to share my experience with others.

I’ve never officially been to a rally’s but this drive thru is stupid lol. I went through the “pickup” line backwards (driver side to the window) which made sense to me and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. I went through the correct way (passenger side to the window) and the lady AGAIN looked at me like I was crazy when I had to put the car in park, takeoff my seatbelt and essentially lean out the window to grab the food. Really dumb. Really annoying. Not coming back lol.
