This was the loves truck stop in Batesville, Ms. It was a very nice Well put together Loves as most of them are. Great variety also. The young lady working night shift seemed very tired angry or bothered and was not very kind or customer service oriented. I first spoke to her and she did not respond and just looked at me rudely. Also when me and a few other people had questions she was slow to answer and once again in some cases did not respond at all. I still gave it 4 stars because the store itself was nice. I did not get McDonald’s but the people I saw in there seemed fine with their service.

Absolutely the worst. Do not stop here if you want courteous service, or hot coffee. Clerk refused to come to the counter until there were 3 people waiting. Everyone is not kiosk literate. Some of us still require face to face service. If looks could kill I would still be on the floor dead. The coffee was Lukewarm and tasteless. We are from Michigan and asked if all pops were the same price and she barked at us, No! In Michigan all size sodas are 1.29, nit a dumb question. The hashbrown was nasty, and the eggs were too.

Accidentally stopped here for a second time on a road trip. Whoops. Once you are trapped in the drive thru lane, expect to sit tight for 20-30 mins while the 2 employees inside do the least.

If I could give this unprofessional place-10 Stars I would. After placing a mobile order I walked in to wait for my food. The ENTIRE staff working at 1300 6/11 was standing around talking and not doing their job. They finally waited on the 3 other people whom had walked in after. All 3 people got their food and left but I was still waiting. When I inquired about my food, I was looked at crazy. I hear the person in the back say, “she going to get her food when I’m ready to give it to her.” I asked for a refund and heard the same girl saying “It’s because I’m crazy “. The ENTIRE staff needs to be fired. It’s insane that not one person working there on that shift had any kind of professionalism or work ethic.

I’m a truck driver and I stopped by twice this week the first time the worker had an attitude and then today another worker had an attitude I understand she’s pregnant and probably didn’t want to be there but when you work with the public you need a better attitude on any bad or good day at least be pleasant.
