Dry, burnt pizza for almost $20. I should have just asked for burnt cheese toast or cardboard bruschetta. The kitchen staff uses their phones as they make pizza after pizza, regardless of glove use and expected proper sanitary practices…So watch out for that this flu season! Customer service is sub par & they don’t take feedback well. Manager is also very rude, hot headed and unprofessional. Not consistent enough in quality and super over priced. Milano’s restroom also tends to omit an unpleasant odor like a sewer and you can smell it at the bar. This location seems to only do well for visitors in the area for a game or event. As a regular local… Don’t waste your time here. Go downtown or support other humble and kind businesses in the area instead. Such as Giovanni’s or Pizza Parma and Ephesus Pizza. Hey even make your way to Fiori’s minutes away across the bridge! All much better pizza where price meets quality and value.

My wife and I were in town for the Three Days Grace concert recently, and decided to stop here for a small dinner before the show. Despite the restaurant and bar being absolutely packed, our food was ready very quickly, was hot, and tasted really good. The bartender and staff taking orders were very friendly, and the prices were very good too. We’re definitely going to come back next time we’re in Pittsburgh!

Pre-concert visit for dinner steps away from PPG. Bar staff was attentive and efficient. Food came out hot and tasty. Drinks were good and prices weren’t inflated like at the arena and nearby hotels. We appreciate that and look forward to returning again to Pizza. Milano!

Easily the best pizza I’ve ever had! The cheese that they use is so good, I wish I knew what the brand was because I’d buy it for myself too! The BBQ chicken pizza is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with a classic cheese either!!

Placed an online order and received a voicemail that my order was cancelled due to the roads being bad. Completely understandable. I want everyone to be safe but I paid with a card so just wanted to confirm my refund was processed and was hung up on. This is not the first time I’ve had this type of issue with this store being just out right rude and nasty when calling in as if it’s an inconvenience that I’m calling as if customers aren’t the reason y’all are still in business. The seafood pizza was amazing. The garlicky butter sauce was my new favorite sauce for a pizza. The seafood wasn’t overpowering and the slices were so large on the small pizza I couldn’t finish my slice! The young lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. Very good experience all around

Today was the first time I ordered on the weekend and will never order again from them
Place reaped of weed, pizza box smelled so bad we rode home with windows open
Pizza was awful
Dry and overcooked tasted reheated toppings were on top with newer cheese over them it definitely had been sitting then reheated
But the weed smell was the final straw I expect quality and to not have to endure this when picking up my food
Thank your employees for you losing a very loyal customer

Conveniently located on the south side of PPG Paints Arena. We stopped in after the John Mayer concert and oh boy, did this place fill up!! We were one of the first to place a pizza order and I’m glad we were. The pizza was very good, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere could use a little TLC, but all in all a neat place.
