All I wanted was a Ham & Swiss sandwich. I walked in and waited for the person in front of me to order. We waited about 10 minutes before someone took our order. After my order I saw 3 other orders get served (including a family of 4) and at that point someone noticed that I had been waiting almost 10 minutes and still hadn’t received my order. Instead of just making it, they started arguing over it. So, what should have been a simple Hot Ham and Swiss turned into a 25 minute visit that should have been closer to 5.

This Arby’s was inside a Pilot truck stop. The workers were all friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean, even the restrooms were clean. The Arby’s was decorated nicely. We were there on a Sunday and it was not very busy. One of the fountain sodas was out and the ketchup dispenser was out. When brought to the attention of the staff they promptly remedied the problem.

We went inside to order. There are max five people in the lobby at a time. The fries are a bit oily, but nicely flavored otherwise. I also got a side salad, and I asked for Ranch to go with it. The classic chicken sandwich was okay. It was all brown at first glance and the wrapping didn’t help. The mayo added flavor and helped with the dryness of the chicken. There was a good amount of lettuce. The Jamocha shake was really good, would recommend.

I travel a lot and This is the third time I’ve been in Arby’s when there’s not a whole lot going on and still had to keep me waiting, according to my stop watch, 22 minutes. There was one other customer who also waited and waited and waited. Marlowe took my order, obviously knowing when I ordered potato cakes, he had to make them fresh. He took my order, I watched while the guy in back microwaved my chicken slider, made the roast beef sandwich, and placed them under the warmer. Meanwhile, Marlowe was doing ten other things Before putting the cakes in the fryer. Now, it would have been a long wait either way, but his messing around doing other things wasn’t getting my food cooked. I think he gave me an extra potato cake that I did not want but I’m not sure. I do believe there was a manager there, I could not get her attention as she cruised by looking at the ground, not making eye contact. I own several restaurants, if my manager or shift leader doesn’t want to look at customers, I take care of the problem. Please know, this is constructive criticism because you guys really need to improve your customer service. I know it’s hard to get employees but train them to be in public.

Dont wanted your time here like i did. Stood at the counter for over 5 min. 4 workers walked by. I asked for service. One told me she was on break. Another one said others where at lunch. No Apologies. Not I.ll take care of in a min…so I took my business elsewhere. Not what customer service should look like. Get new Manager and bring high quality training
