waited THIRTY FIVE minutes (total) after placing online order. Then they had the audacity to serve cold fries. Went inside to wait 3 minutes longer to get fresh. There’s no point in ordering ahead. this is not the first time this has happened at this location, but it’ll definitely be the last.

While it IS just another McDonalds, this location is cleaner and just overall better than the average location. Plus it has a play place for kids! If you’re in the mood for McD’s this is the place to stop.

Waited in line for my mobile order for about 6 minutes nobody came to the counter to ask if we needed help there was 8 other people waiting when I got my order are decafe coffee we’re not hot but warm . I had to leave because we are truck drivers I had no time to wait we had to hit the road . If you know the beverage is not hot why do you serve it to begin with I have this problem at almost every McDonald about 90 percent of the time I have them remake it but the other 10 percent I don’t have the time. Corporate get these restaurants up to the standard we had in the 80’s .

To the McDonald’s Corporate Relations Team,

I am writing to formally follow up on a complaint I filed a week ago regarding a mobile order at the Robinson, TX location. My original issue was simple: I placed a mobile order for a single large iced coffee that I was unable to obtain, and the issue remained unresolved at the store level.

While I initially appreciated the automated response stating a local franchise representative would contact me, that interaction has made this situation significantly worse.

I was contacted by a woman from the franchise on a personal cell phone. This individual displayed a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, or intent to resolve the issue. Based on her demeanor and the details of our conversation, I believe she is the same person who failed to help me at the restaurant originally.

During the call:
Zero Resolution: There was no attempt to refund the mobile order or offer a remedy for the missing item.

Unprofessional Conduct: She was dismissive and appeared personally offended that I had escalated a legitimate service failure.

Lack of Leadership: It is concerning that a member of management/leadership would use a personal device to engage with a customer in such a hostile and unpolished manner.

McDonald’s is a staple in our community and a brand many of us grew up with, but the leadership at this specific Robinson location is failing your corporate standards. While I saw other hardworking staff members during my visit who deserve better leadership, this manager’s “power trip” attitude is driving loyal customers away.

With the growth and new businesses coming to Robinson, the community has options. We do not have to spend our money at a corporate chain that doesn’t value basic service or professional courtesy.

I am requesting the following:

A formal resolution regarding the original charged mobile order that was never received.

An escalation of this feedback to the Franchise Owner, as the current management requires immediate retraining in conflict resolution and professional communication.

I look forward to speaking with someone from the corporate level or a different franchise representative who takes customer service and brand reputation seriously.

I go here 3 times a week before work and service has gotten worse the last year. I always order ahead and two out of three times it’s a issue. Guess that’s my sign to take a break lol . I don’t get receipts at window and manager informed me today I need paper receipt when I get to second window, I order online so I don’t have to get paper receipt. Pretty sure she has full of it and was just aggravated that they screwed up. Anyway I’ll wait 6 months to a year before returning , they’ll have new crew by then ✌️

Almost didn’t get my food. Ordered through the app. Went inside for pick up the app said just two more minutes. About five minutes later still zero food was up on the counter. A manager came to the front and I asked where my food was. She said it was already put out and taken. I explained that no food has been out in the last five minutes and I arrived before it was ready. It was just so argumentative like they were not going to give me my food. Finally she went back and told the crew to make another meal.

I tried to call the 888 # before I posted this and of course nobody answered . After waiting almost 15 minutes for our coffee orders to come to the third window. I finally walked into the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant and looking around the counter, I holler back and ask where our copies were that I’m sitting out they’re waiting. I heard one employee holler at another employee ask “did you not take those coffees out“ and the response was “HELL NA”!! I lost it and told them that if they didn’t want to bring them out, then go ahead and give me my money back and the next thing I know I have another employee bringing me iced coffees that have been sitting. When I ask, if there was a manager on duty, I got the deer in the headlights look from the employee and she said no. McDonald’s needs to do a better job training and from here on out, I will go ahead and go up the road to Starbucks.

Please tell your cook that a sausage mcmuffin with egg also comes with cheese. Tell your manager to make sure they order enough coke, sprite and dr pepper to make it until the next truck.
I ordered 1 item and they couldn’t get it right. McDonald’s usually makes me happy.

Listen, I’m not one to complain. But it has come a constant issue at this location so I feel something needs to be said. I’ve only lived in this area for about 2 months now, and everytime I’ve went, ordered something on the app, and picked it up at the drive through, there has ALWAYS been something missing. This morning it was my hashbrowns, last time it was my cheeseburgers. It’s not that big of a deal, but I made it all the way home before I noticed that they were missing and I can’t just go back to pick them up. My fault for not checking sooner I guess because it is a constant issue. It sucks when I spend money (yes just a few dollars) but I don’t receive my items, almost every time.
