Well, I guess every chain has its weak franchise locations… I just didn’t expect it to be in Richland, PA!
The food was terrible (see pics), and the service was even worse. The bartender (didn’t catch his name because he never introduced himself) was very cocky and rude. I’ve never heard “No” so many times, so quickly (without ANY hesitation) about something so SIMPLE… exact question… (one of our party is a vegetarian)… “can they make us a shrimp quesadilla?” Immediate answer “NO”. I actually laughed because i thought he was kidding… he was stone cold serious… my mind said “you’ve gotta be freakin kidding me”.. my lips said “oh..ok…so I see you can get shrimp, and you have cheese quesadilla, sooo, can we make it happen.. again, he literally said NO… but then followed up with, but i can order y you a cheese quesadilla and put the shrimp on the side! LOL..What in the heck!??
I said, ok, sure, let’s do that!
I ordered the brisket quesadilla, and our friend ordered the ribeye steak.
See pics of my quesadilla.. you should just call it what it is.. brisket sprinkled tortillas. Again I laughed.. that was the least amount of meat I’ve ever seen.
Our buddies steak.. so bad he stopped eating after 3 bites.. the bartender didn’t even ask if anything was wrong when he said he didn’t want to take outfit with him.. he could have cared less… never came back ONCE to ask us ifc everything was ok, we had to chase him down for the bill.. we literally waited 15 minutes to order.. was truly the worst Chili’s experience in 25 years of eating at this chain in over 30 cities around the US.
$35 for tortillas with no meat.

My husband and I go to Chili’s alot. One reason other than the food, is the bartender/waiter Kyle. He is the best. He really makes our experience so much more enjoyable. He’s so easy to talk to. We sit at the bar just to see him!!! And the food was delicious as always!!

Chilis corporate, My wife and I went to chilis for chicken nachos appetizer and the grilled chicken bacon Avocado sandwich. But chilis corporate changed the menu and neither of those 2 items are available. We both got grilled chicken w bacon sandwich, and it was the most dull sandwich I have ever ordered. It was edible, that’s it, but at the price it’s at fast food would have been better. And why does almost everything have ranch. All your new items have ranch. I had no problem with service, just the blunder corporate made to change the menu, TGI Fridays also made a big change to their menu and their sales dropped, I also stopped going there.

My wife and I had a long busy day yesterday, and decided to order out. We haven’t eaten at Chili’s in years.
We each got burgers, fries and soup with a drink. The meal was fantastic! We will definitely add Chili’s to our frequent list!

My order took 37 minutes. Which its a saturday so id usually shrug it off. But the food was the worst its ever been. For starters both my macaronis were complete utter runny soup which is just really gross. My enchilada soup was congealed, like stuck in clumps with the actual “soup” part being the texture of like baby food. And finally my burger’s patty was so burnt it crunched the same way it would if you ate potato chips. It was charred and just felt like shards in your mouth when you ate it. Complete waste of almost 20 dollars.

This location has great service. I did not care for the hostess who was somewhat rude or just not as competent as other Chili hostesses. The food was great, exactly what you would expect from a typical Chili’s. The bar tender was outstanding, working all the bar tables during the Covid times. She went out of her way to accommodate a special order and the crew in the kitchen did a great job getting it done to a better than expected result.
