Right when we walked in the floors are so sticky and dirty. Service was not good. The potato olays tasted like they haven’t changed the oil in months and to bring the food to you they got upset and maybe if employees would get off there phones and take care of there customers. Even told us to wait while they were on there phones not the work phones. No smiles and no care. The nachos are stale and not good. Will never come back. We put my cousins tray on the table behind him and been here over 45 mins no one has cleaned or picked up. But did an interview with the place so dirty.

The food is tasty as usual and the atmosphere is cheery and bright. But the service is unprofessional and very slow. We waited 8-10 mins. for two simple value meal combos ♂️ It seems they forgot the order, actually, and I had to remind them that we were waiting.

Over the course of my 40 minutes here while waiting for my online order, i asked a total of 3 times about food, 2 of them was trying to explain I was given 3 items out of the 10 I ordered, but, no one seemed to understand even with receipt stapled to it detailing order. A group of 8 guys and a table of 4 got their food and they came in 10 minutes after i arrived. Finally i just said can you refund my oder, not rude or loud, just wanted to move on. They got a manager, the man yelled at me for not understanding how busy they were and threw money at me and told me sarcastically have a great Saturday. Nice customer service.

Way too expensive and pricey for what we received-which was our sub par, unsatisfactory meal tht was consisting of 6 cold tacos, and two large under cooked potato oles that we received in the end. Definitely NOT WORTH the $30+ dollars that was spent during our stop at their establishment. Left feeling sick to my stomach, as well as sick to my pocket book for spending so much, for the so little quality that we actually received in the end… Very unhappy, won’t make this mistake again.

I’m not a local, but I had great service here a year ago so decided to stop again this week on my way through town. In the drive-thru, I noticed there was an AI system in place, which is fine…or so I thought. I asked for tacos, oles, and 2 sides: sour cream & shredded cheese. When the AI repeated back my order, it was fine til it repeated my sides as “2 sides of nacho cheese.” AI asked if this was correct and I said no. AI asked me how to change it to be correct and I said, again: “2 sides should be sour cream & shredded cheese.” AI apparently then just gave up and said “thank you for your order.” My order was not repeated again to confirm correctness. Ugh. So I pulled up and immediately flagged down an employee to confirm my order was actually correct. This employee was great – she quickly checked/updated my order before taking my payment…but unfortunately by this time the wrong sides were already in my bag. ***This is AI’s fault, NOT the employees.***
TLDR; AI can be an amazing thing, but maybe it’s too early to roll out for drive-thru if it can’t understand simple add-ons at a franchise that advertises customizable fast food. I feel bad for the employees, I wonder just how many messes it’s creating for them up at the window. Not to mention food waste.

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru to get to the window and they didn’t have my order in the system. AI takes your order which is a joke. They had one poor girl who was probably 16 trying to run the drive thru and the front counter. Honestly they should just shut this location down because this isn’t the first time having a completely terrible experience.

We went on a Tuesday around 3PM, so there was only 2 other people eating inside. What there was though was a group of teenagers messing around, swearing, and honestly being pretty disruptive, which wouldn’t be the end of the world if they were paying customers but they didn’t buy a thing and instead messed around with the staff. I went to order and the cashiers were too busy messing around to take my order. No impressed.
