Just go! Such a fun experience! We stopped by here on our way home on a recommendation from the young man at the dealership we visited and we are glad we did! The atmosphere is incredible (if you run out of things to look at, you aren’t trying!) Food was excellent (for sure try the fried green beans, YUM) and our server Kenzie was efficient, pleasant and had a great sense of humor (even despite being the only server at that moment) Do yourself a favor and treat yourself here – don’t forget to pull the whistle on your way out!

This was such a fun place to visit. My family loves trains so naturally when we heard about this place we needed to visit.
The food was delicious, parking easy, servers attentive and so much cool train stuff to see everywhere. We will be back!
Thanks for a great experience

Always great food!!! For a snowy Sunday afternoon, they opened up and our crew was able to watch the football games, drinks and good food! Thea our server/bar tender was outstanding! Couldn’t ask for a more bubbly personality and awesome customer service. She was always on it and so friendly and never waited long on a drink.

Friscos is a great place to eat! We love to sit at the Tables in the bar because the bartender Tracey is the best! She keeps on top of our food and drinks so that we don’t have to wait and she is very personable! The atmosphere of “all things trains” is unique! You can sit at a booth and feel like you are actually on a train! The owner, Jimmy, is always there and you can usually find him in the back cooking!

And the WINGS!!! They have the BEST wings!
I would recommend you try Friscos for your self!

We have never had anything but awesome from here. We always use for lunch and they deliver to us with all the necessaries and on time! Big deal for my teacher group who operates on a tight schedule! Trisa Jopling makes sure to take care of us always. YOU won’t be disappointed. Jimmy goes above and beyond for his customers and his community. We are so very blessed to have this in part of our little rural town. Try the pizza- it is the best around!

We stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday night and had a great experience. Our server, Trisa, was outstanding! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. She even remembered us from our last visit, which was several months ago. The food was great as always and we wished we lived a little closer so we could go more often.

Chosen as a birthday dinner spot on a lark, our group was pleasantly surprised. Seated beneath the frisco fresco decor, we were served diligently by a capable young man named Billy.

Taking my first bite of stuffed mushrooms, I was instantly transported to a previous life. Standing in the waist-high prairie grass, watching the Frisco train fly by with its East Coast elites rushing further west. I felt the breeze of the train wash over me, gently pulling my jacket around me, the taste of the day’s catch still fresh in my mind.

Suddenly, j was transported back to the restaurant. “Sir?” Billy looked at me, concern spreading across his face. “Yes,” I responded. “Something tells me the catfish is good?”

Dear reader, it is difficult to convey how delicious the catfish was. And it was not just the catfish. It was the cole slaw that accompanied it. Delicately seasoned with only a hint of vinegar, the finely shredded cabbage and peppers refreshed the palate in between salty and savory bites of lightly breaded catfish.

Also, Billy and Trisa are fantastic hosts. They are saints for tolerating our shenanigans.
