My sandwich was soaked with whatever they put on it. My nuggets were UNDERCOOKED: soggy and cold. The fries tasted like they’d sat under a warmer for hours. What is wrong with this location is beyond me.

Drive thru. Moved fast. Food was fresh on my visit. Fries were hot. Cashiers are wearing mono face and come off as depressed (I wanted to give them a hug.) BK health plan should give cashiers Zoloft. Would go here again.

Good job Burger King! While I was traveling through Wickenburg today,, I was hungry but couldn’t decide what to have. I decided to swing into Burger King and head for the drive-thru. I felt like a specialty Whopper today,, but wasn’t sure if they would get it right. I must say I was really happy when it came out perfect! It was nice and hot and prepared exactly as I liked. They took my order quickly and the service was great.

Staff don’t greet people, and tend to completely ignore customers until taking orders is convenient. I suspect it’s due to understaffing, but disappointing nonetheless.

Just went to Burger King. Ordered 4 Croissanwiches. 2 sausage, 1 ham and 1 bacon. AND 4 orders of cheesy tots. Received the Croissanwiches okay but Burger King shorted me one order of cheesy tots. The Burger King management will be hearing from me.

The food was disgusting!!!! The dinning room was so filthy, finger prints all over the doors, and it stunk!!! You have all the workers standing around when the place needs a deep cleaning!!!! I’ll never stop again! YUCK!!!

Today I was in the store to pick up an Uber Eats order for delivery. When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting to order, this was 12:20 pm. The girl was standing with her back to us, never acknowledging us in any way, literally avoiding eye contact. After about 7 minutes, the others walked out. I spoke to the young lady, but was ignored. During the next 5 minutes 6 more people were in line to order. The young lady walked past us to take out an order, completely ignoring us. After another 2 minutes. 2 people left. The whole time she was fumbling with sandwiches looking at the order monitor. There were also 2 more employees there, neither came up to assist. Eventually she acknowledged me. I told her I was there to pick up an order, it was sitting in the warmer the whole time. Had it not been for the fact I was committed to delivering this order, I would have walked out too. Very poor management, that’s probably why it’s always empty. I give minus 5 stars for customer service.
