Great food! We had some nachos and the Chile verde plate to share. We also had some margaritas. My only complaint was that the music was kinda loud for the dining room area but not too loud that you can’t talk but still loud in my opinion. Everything else was great.

A must go! Food, service ambiance, it was all the full package. Had a Blood Orange Margarita, not seen on a drink menu often it was perfect! The lobster was awesome. Overall this is a must go to place!! 5/5 for us.

Impeccable. Even having never been here before, sitting down was just nostalgic. The music selection is insanely on point. To have a 1990 B-side 3 inch CD selection of a song is so obscure and so amazing to hear it. This place is an experience. It is visually poetic, the food presentation is gorgeous and the atmosphere is just spectacular. You get this feeling when you are in here that whoever came up with the idea of this place has an insane passion that runs deep and every detail, every color, every piece of art is so purposely placed. The staff are amazing and professional and well intended.
I wish with all my heart that this boutique, perfect little place was everywhere. Everyone needs to experience this.

The quality of the food was definitely not what we expected. 80 dollar lobster at market price needs to taste fresh. The churos were soggy in the middle. The size of the fajita plate was half the portion id get anywhere else… but the chicken didnt taste good. we got 3 lobster tacos for 33$ and 5$ more for beans and rice. I’ve never left a restaurant with such a huge bill and so unhappy. Positives are their fresh tortillas, salsa and chips and guacamole.
Drinks were not the best either. We got a Cadillac margarita which I thought would be big or better quality but the house margarita was better and same size for less money. Overall, I think we wont come back, but the Facebook advertisement was great and got us there.

It was our first visit and it certainly won’t be the last! We did order the lobster and it was delicious and worth every penny! Everything that the family ordered looked amazing! Great service and ambiance.

The staff of super friendly and all of the food was good. Ordered the enchilada with shrimp and green sauce. Enchiladas were good and they cut the shrimp up in little pieces so it was evenly distributed throughout the whole thing. The chips and salsa were also pretty good the salsa had just enough spice to give it some flavor but nothing too crazy. Thanks for the birthday churro it was delicious. Will be back again.

Goes without saying because the name says it all, “La Unica”, this is The One. If you have been in the IE and have had your head buried in the sand for the last couple of decades, you need to get out to this spot and try anything on the menu. I am a native of Lake Elsinore so have seen this place change and morf throughout the years, but each time it reinvents itself it gets better, never sacrificing quality. It’s family owned and operated, and they make you feel like part of the family when you’re there. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been but I try something new on the menu each time I visit. A must is the empanada appetizers with a Snake Bite, it’s a hibiscus whiskey drink that will pair great and hit the spot. The art and design in the restaurant is also satisfying to observe and each time I go back I catch something new I hadn’t recognized previously. The whole vibe throughout is vibrant and matches the quality of the food.

Great spot located in the Historic downtown Lake Elsinore, walking into the front door of this establishment there’s a full bar where you can enjoy your favorite cocktail. There is excellent music playing that fits perfectly with this Mexican restaurant along with the the nice decor that compliments the mood and makes you feel like you’ve just crossed south of the border. On this occasion the host greeted us upon entering and there was no wait. We were seated in booth, and right away we were served chips and salsa both of which were very good the salsa was perfect with just a slight bit of bite. Our drink order was taken right away. The menu is well designed with many specialties to choose from. We ordered the three taco meal, picking, filet mignon, fish and asada tacos and all the three were amazing with excellent flavors. The waitress was very attentive and nice. And the the atmosphere in this place was great. The restrooms were clean and there is plenty of parking to the north with just a short walk. I highly recommend this place for good Mexican food. It is a little pricey for Mexican food but well worth the visit.

Really loved the chile relleno. The chips, salsa and guac were really good as well. Kind of bummed that they no longer have the grasshoppers with the guac – I really wanted to try that. The bartender was great. Nice place.
