I’m not one to provide a review, however, my experience at this location warranted one. It’s very rare I consume fast food but decided to stop and grab a quick bite upon completing my Christmas shopping. I attempted to ask for a refund after placing an order for nuggets and fries 15 minutes beforehand, when one disgruntled associate decided he was not going to assist me or ask for assistance from a member of management. During my observation, team members were scratching their head with gloves on, which is disgusting, and continued to assemble food orders. This behavior is unacceptable and the appearance of the employees was beyond sloppy. The team leader decided to take her feet down from the desk in the back room (visible to the public from the counter) and make her way to the front, while on her cell phone, having a personal conversation. I would recommend this specific location be closed or the entire staff replaced. I would not recommend anyone visit this location, due to the unsatisfactory behavior and uncleanliness. I never received my food nor my money and disputed the charge with my bank who refunded my money. If I could rate this location negative 5 stars, I would.

Man…I’m mad after waiting for almost hour and was introduced to someone rude over the headset and then someone corrected whoever it was and said I’m sorry let’s try this again. I use to work at this location and my crew always made sure food and service was up to par. My chicken was hard as hell and looked like it was made 30 mins ago because of how the mayonnaise look on it and the fries looked as if they were old fries and got dropped back in the grease. Really don’t understand the morals of these individuals. Because if this was your food you would want it fresh and hot and edible. I just don’t have the time to go back up there because if I do I’m sure I would wait again for almost an hour. Time to contact BBB and health department! Because food poisoning look like it lives here especially night shift.

This place at night is the worse. Bunch of guys standing around at night not doing nothing. Dosent matter if u order through mobile or drive thru you will be waiting. This has happened multiple times with someone even forgetting I was waiting on an order after being parked! Also I have orders a Ashanti chicken sandwich a few times and these guys will put a regular chicken sandwich breast on it which is ripping me off my money. I also ordered a pink lemonade. The lemonade had absolutely no sugar in it. They need to make a drastic change to night shift or I won’t be coming back.

So first off I pulled up into the parking spot for mobile orders and I proceeded to place my order on the app there was no option of me just staying at the parking spot and somebody bringing the food to me so I chose to drive through and upon going through the drive-thru nobody else was there really so after I told him my name they told me to pull up to the side door after pulling up to the side where I was in the way the first girl that came out with the nose piercings and the green hair forgot my drink once she realized she forgot my drink she rolled her eyes and had an attitude about going back and the honey mustard that was in my bag was opened and spilling out so once she came back I asked her for another honey mustard and she said pull around to the window again and around and once I pulled around to the window again I realized they hadn’t given me enough straws for my two beverages and once I pulled around they shoved the two honey mustards in the ketchup in my hand and once I asked about the other straw three straws was shoved into my hand and the window was slim quickly behind it by a girl with pink hair as though I caused them a problem because there was a mobile order I think it was very unprofessional and rude and poor customer service, and they could also have just told me pull back into the mobile order parking space.shaking my head. I don’t know know how the food taste I’m just so pissed off about just picking up my mobile order the food is probably cold at this time!!!

Terrible service..order on kiosk and wanted to pay cash plus had reward items..stood there for 15 minutes try to pay and was ignored twice when tried to tell them i was paying cash..after 5 more people ordered paying with card i went back to kiosk and just payed with a credit card which wasn’t also able to use rewards..18 mins later and my entire lunch break gone i finally got a cold burger..tables were dirty and homeless sleeping next to fake fire which doesnt work either

Updated 12-31-2021 Good service has left the building. I ordered chicken sandwich with extra mayo & lettuce. I’m very disappointed in the items received. Not long ago I received a frosty just over half full. Terrible.

Ehh, kinda slow.. Employees kinda seem like they don’t want to be there. Cars wrapped around building. No feeling of importance among Employees in establishment. The girl who handed me my food was extremely nice so I gave 3 stars.
