I had the best experience. First of all don’t tell no one I was there cause I don’t eat fast food. Ok I eat it like 4 times a year. I chose this Wendy’s cause the reviews. I drove 30 minutes to get it. Passed 4 McDonald’s lol anyways STAR AND Yvonne is the point of this review. I went there for 2 things and I left there with 6 because of stars salesmanship. Like give that girl a raise or put her in corporate because I was Rdy to buy what ever she said. I would have invested in tap water cause she said so. Yvonne came through on the food hot and Rdy before my receipt was printed. That ain’t even it. I pulled out and realized u made a wrong turn and here come star chasing my car down cause I forgot my sauces. They just both need recognized for not only working there but showing up and laughing and just being love. Their energy was amazing. The world is so negative and dark but to know there are people that show up 100% them is refreshing. Lots of love to you star and Yvonne definitely won’t ever forget the chance to have an experience in this life time with you both.

The women thats always in the window taking orders and the blonde women who helps her are excellent. For 3 years that i have been going here no matter what day they always have a great attitude great smile and patience. I hope they get a raise.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. When I got to the speaker I asked if I could place two separate orders as the person I was ordering for needed their own receipt, the man on the speaker said that he would only accept one order. I asked if there was a way to place 2 orders (there were no other cars behind me and it was not busy at all) the man hesitated and said “what’s the first order?” (In a rude tone, but I proceeded) I placed my orders and went to the window. The man charged me for each order separately and then gave me one receipt. I asked “is there a way to also have the receipt for the first order?” He said “everything is on one receipt”. I usually don’t speak up as I am a little socially shy but I said “but I asked for two separate orders. Specifically for two receipts”. The man just stared at me. This location consistently has very rude employees working. Their disgruntlement is even evident in the way they handle the food. Just an overall bad experience.

I am honestly done. Now it is just corporate greed. It is disgusting and Wendy’s should just be ashamed of themselves using the excuse as to not raise prices as if like they didn’t just raise prices a meal that used to cost six dollars +2 dollars for a frosty is now $17 plus tax and you are telling me that you wanna charge $1.60 for three sauces you are out of your mind. I honestly hope you go bankrupt because of this practice. I hope nobody buys from Wendy’s and they realize the scam that you are. Saying all this while raving about their massive profits that are hitting new heights.

Their burgers are always super fresh in their chicken sandwiches can’t be beat. They had a cookie dough sundae which was incredible & their fries were so good!

freezing – they have the AC up so high – i put on a hoodie and then still had to go outside, there’s no excuse for doing this to the customers that come here… it feels like a refrigerator, need to set the temperature at a comfortable level or else you’re going to lose sales. i was going to order something else but I’d rather not continue to freeze (food is good tho, the freezing dining room is not good)
