I’m not one to typically leave reviews but I went here for the first time tonight and ordered a 6pc wing combo with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I was disappointed to see my wings didn’t have any sauce on them. The guy working said the combo comes with a biscuit which I didn’t not receive and my Mac and cheese was half full. Not worth $20.

Was told both spicy and classic would be 13 min. We waited for 20min, went inside and they said 2 more min. The women at the register reiterated to the back of house we have been waiting already for 20 min. We went back to the car and waited for another 15 min.
It wasn’t busy, maybe two cars were behind us after about 20 min of waiting
We started heading back to the doors to get a refund at this point because we needed to leave. At that point they came out with the food. No apology, no remorse. I know its just fast food and all but dont give a time that isn’t accurate and then and shrug it off.
Update, we got home, we ordered the Freddy faze bear meal for our daughter. They forgot the cupcake. They also forgot the 8 biscuits. SMH.

Hell yeah this hit the spot! The pickled lemonade also absolutely slapped. We stopped for this in a military town and I could tell it was popular! The biscuit was delicious.

I wish I would have paid attention to the accumulated star ratings We’ve been moving around & were hungry late at night. My husband went to go pick up some food for us late on 10.21.25 @ around 10:20 pm (I want to be specific so maybe the workers can be spoken to.) here because it was the closest establishment. The way a male worker explained to my husband about their options at that moment didn’t sit right with me. He wasn’t saying rude words but his tone came off rude. It’s like he expected my husband to understand “Popeyes ways” after explaining the options. Like we are customers coming to your establishment, spending our money not only for the food but to be served with good customer service and be informed in a mannerly way. I was surprised by how fast they served the food. The spicy chicken sandwich they served me, was cold. The buns were cold. I thought maybe it cooled down on the way here but the bag they served it in didn’t even have a hint of heat in there. Really disappointed about that. The reason why I give it 2 stars is for their Signature Hot sauce. SO good! But the bone-in wings were smaller than an eraser. So sad. I won’t come to this location ever again & I don’t think I’ll ever eat Popeyes in a desperate situation anymore.

The order was SIMPLE a 5pc Original Tenders (just tenders), and a 3pc spicy tender combo (Cajun fries as side) both with ranch and strawberry lemonades, super simple
I was the ONLY car in line. The man working rung up my first tender order and when I told him there was more there was a huff on the microphone and long pause. I was told to wait for a few.
I was prompted that he was ready for the rest of my order. After going back and forth for a bit to get my order correct (he read it back incorrect 2-3 times).
I received my food and hopped back on the road, to find not only was my food wrong but I got no sauces (what’s the point of him asking me what sauce I want if I’m not gonna get it?)
I had a long commute back home and turning around to get my order right was not an option, I called the store and there was no answer.

The food tasted like it had been soaked in dirty mop water and then slapped with the mop itself — absolutely unappetizing. It also took an unusually long time just to place my order. The staff looked completely uninterested in being there. Very disappointing experience overall.

We should have known not to go through the drive thru after finding the doors to the restaurant were locked. We waited in line in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and when we got our food, our chicken tenders were raw in the middle, the macaroni was a congealed yellow ball, they forgot a biscuit. And since the doors were locked, there was no way for us to speak to an employee about our issues. I tried to file a complaint on the website but the virtual customer service representative just went around in circles and froze up repeatedly before offering any resolution.

Location opens at 10am. Arrived at 1015. Was told by staff at window, after waiting for some kind of acknowledgment at the speaker, that they don’t open until 1030. Nowhere does it say that. Was also told that especially since an employee hadn’t shown up yet. How is any customer supposed to know that? That is not the customers problem but only the managers.
