A++++ Fantastic Service and great food. My mom and I decided to drop by for a late dinner and we were having issues with using my moms gift card. So one of the employees decided to comp our meal. She gifted her employee meal. She didn’t have to do that. Employees like her, is what keeps businesses in business. Energy matters. And when you have employees like her, it will keep attracting the business you need. Thank you!!

We ordered a spicy stk Asiago for both me and my wife and they put two slivers of steak on it. It wasn’t bad service. They were nice but super shady with the meat. Idk whether they get a bonus for the amount of meat they save but it was ridiculous to pay 30 something dollars and to be disappointed.

I went through drive through today at 456pm and I have to give London a shoutout! She gave exceptional customer service! I work in sales and she was super friendly I felt her energy through the communication. She upsold me on a Pastry and even recommended her favorite which I got! When I pulled up she told me it would be a few minutes and how was my day. She is truly a delight and A great asset for your location! Not too many young people care and she definitely did. We talked about school and our common sport of track. It was very refreshing and genuine! Kudos to this young lady! I will

I ordered bacon double take sandwich, and streak & wake sandwich, for $14.82 get 3 blocks down street bite my bacon double melt sandwich only thing is on sandwich was cold egg n cheese. So I take thru drive through n waited 9mins to get to window to tell them what happen I was polite, nice and just wanted both my sandwich fresh n correctly made n do u know the manager would not do it, he said he is only making the one messed up and like I told him it’s been a total of 23mins that I have left and had to come back because yall didn’t add no bacon to my sandwich and it’s a double bacon lol with no bacon lol. So I took a picture of the food and the receipt and ask for my money back…. The manager could have made this right and just remade my order I should not have to have 1 cold sandwich because yall didn’t make my other sandwich right, that place is expensive and I just wanted my meal correctly made and by the way this was 9am in the morning and yall messing up on orders that early. I wish thr manager could have made this right.

The food was great! I really loved the Avocado Melt. The steak sandwich was not bad as well. The store was really clean, and it had a very nice laid back environment. The lobby was big enough to seat a large amount of people. There is plenty of free parking, and it is handicap accessible. The service was great, good job.

EVERYTIME I COME HERE THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!! If you do inventory regularly an order your truck you will have enough supplies…. They have none of the iced coffees again today there always out of multiple food items this is literally every time I visit this location… i drive by this location everyday at many different times and I never see it busy so I don’t understand why everything is always out I get you can’t stock up on bakery items but being out of several sandwiches and not being able to get any of the iced coffees is crazzzy…. I don’t know how this place is gonna stay open because I have not visited here one time and them not be out of several ingredients to make menu items and that’s not an exaggeration it’s been literally every time! Customers are not going to drive to this location when things are always out.

Drive thru extremely slow…food came quickly. Distracted by our destination we didn’t double check our order and a sandwich was missing. Very Disappointed. What we had was very good.

I like Panera bread it’s fast food that is not greasy but I don’t think it’s worth the price my sandwich had just a little meat for 10$ I probably will not return unless I have coupons, if your looking for a sandwich with lots of meat try Gorilla Bobs.

I ordered two Asiago Sandwiches,,eating one and taking one for lunch. My sandwich was so messy and it was loaded with sauce dripping,I used four napkins to soak it up,there wasn’t no meat on it. I took one back and threw one away,and I was late for work. I had a feeling,that the one on Dixie wasn’t gonna be right,,the ones further out are the best
