By far the worst Chipotle in Columbus, the employees are worst they kept talking themselves and didn’t care about the customers.
I basically had to reply my order several times and who the hell on earth puts salsa at last after adding cheese.
No doubt chipotle is going down and you guys really need to see and learn from qdoba on what a service should look like.
After a long time I tried chipotle but I was wrong and ill definitely go to QDOBA. You lost a customer and ill make sure to spread my horrible experience with friends and family.
They didn’t have fajitas but I clearly saw it was getting cooked they didn’t even bother to say to wait but bluntly said its not there.
Whoever is the manager of this location should be blamed and action should be taken.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this needed to be said. I love Chipotle and I’ve never had this bad of an experience or reaction to the food!
To start, we ordered the food to go and going through the line I received attitude from the workers making my bowl and super slow, no urgency service at checkout. The worker at the register had four other orders behind ours waiting to pay. I also asked for dressing for my salad and didn’t receive that. Bringing the food home they didn’t even seal the bowl correctly and it leaked through the bag, breaking the bag, and getting on my pants. After my husband and I ate our mediocre meals, we started to feel not so good. This is now 24 hours since eating our chipotle meals and we are still not feeling well! We are sick to our stomachs with slight nausea. This used to be a wonderful Chipotle location, but it has definitely gone downhill and I don’t know if I’ll go back to this location bc of the experience.

This store is consistently making the best burritos. Better than all around Columbus and anywhere I’ve traveled on the East Coast. Rice is so well seasoned it blows your mind every time. I love this store. People who work here are so kind.

I’ve never seen such carelessness. Every single employee, from food prep to checkout. On top of that this place is so unsanitary. Food all over the counter top sour cream smeared everywhere. The guy putting rice into my bowl literally was putting the rice in his hands first before the bowl. This was after to told him not to. This was not an isolated experience, this has been happening for the past year.
Update. Came back 6 months later and same exact experience. No changes, same employees, same mess on the food counter. Employees using their hands to put rice in the bowls. Only went to this location out of convenience hoping it changed.

First, I’m so glad there’s two Chipotles in my location. The Polaris one is my best spot. Got used to all the cooks and cashiers really appreciate their great service. Plus they got used to me getting the extra chicken and cheese burrito for my dog.

Dont bother with the steak it’s undercooked and you can’t chew it. This place was messy, nobody cared to at least wipe the counters. Go somewhere else if you can. Couldn’t even finish my food.

Terrible experience. Ordered tacos for order pick up. Had to wait past pick up time and made it half way home when I noticed I was given soft shells instead of hard shells. Turned around and told the cashier and she looked at me with a blank stare when I told her what happened. She took the bag and came back a few minutes later and handed me the bag without saying anything. She did not apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. Got home and realized they took all the toppings off the soft tacos and put them directly on the hard! The meat was on top and the lettuce was on the bottom. Everything was cold. Extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

Very dirty, tables were not cleaned off.
Very slow service, no forks or spoons. All of the lemonades were out. Had to ask for forks. Do not recommend stopping here. The worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. As one reviewer said the place is run by stoned teenagers. I’d agree. Steak was cold.

Zero ice. Food is everywhere. Trash cans overflowing. I cannot make this up. It’s every single time. I’m a loyal chipotlean. Is this a direct representation of chipotle? Has this became acceptable to anyone? This one on polaris parkway-Columbus Ohio is close to my home. But 5 miles more rt 23 Lewis center. Or campus view. Westerville. CLEAN. Idk what the disconnect is. The people behind the counter have food literally everywhere. Playing rap music with hats on backwards. I feel like I’m taking my family into a trap house.
