Rattimus…. worst customer service personnel ever. Told me after spending 50 dollars at this restaurant and I picked up my own food that I could not have my money back for my biscuit and gravy 4.99$ whike I had to drive 20 minutes back to the location they never gave me the gravy my family and I didn’t not eat together because of this and he told me that either I bring in the old biscuit and get my money back or I get a fresh biscuit and gravy now. I stood in front of this counter for 6 minutes plus waiting to be noticed my biscuit had been on the counter for at least 40 minutes bc the gravy was cold to the touch by the time I got it home and thick from sitting on the counter and there is pork in this gravy so I could get sick even from it sitting out for so long after being reheated how many times. But yet he still told me that any more issues need to be brought to the manager tomorrow and there was red sauce all over the lid of the gravy. This is horrible service. Never will we be going back. The worst part…. we topped them because they served someone off the street for free gave him a menue and everything he had no money…. yet when a paying customer goes in amd states the situation amd not eating my warm meal with my family and driving back out in the snow storm today slippery roads and an infant in the car .. I do t get the decency of getting a fully refunded biscuit and gravy and no apology from anyone….. wow. Ratt I will be continuing this conversation with your manager as you had dudefully suggested. Thanks for nothing.

This is hands down the worst breakfast dining experience one could imagine having, they are terribly understaffed leading to long waits, we sat at our table to find it was not prepped for us. The waiter brought us utensils and noted that “they were fresh from being washed” just to find that most were sticky and stained as if they were not clean. We waited about 45 minutes to receive the food we ordered, and when we did we found it was all lukewarm, the cheese were kraft singles not even melted onto the food, and the biscuits and gravy were honestly disgusting. At the end of the meal, the bill came to 102$ for everything which in itself is ridiculous. We were listening to people screaming at each other in the kitchen, and overall this was just a terrible experience. Save your time, go to Ellie’s down the street.
After paying and giving a 10$ tip because frankly the service itself didn’t warrant 20%, the waiter returned with the tip amount HIGHLIGHTED on the receipt as if to say we did not tip him enough.

I stopped in on a Monday morning so with all these in mind between school, work, travel..I was the ONLY one in the restaurant..kinda nice for a change.
Parking – Plenty..it’s in front of a strip mall on queen street.
Service – Waitress/Server was Diane. Friendly, great communication, checked to make sure I was okay and made recommendations even though I knew what I wanted.
Food – I didn’t want coffee because I have a pot on at home and already had DD this morning, but they were waiting for a truck to come in with the milk and creamers. I got the All You Can Eat Pancakes..just because it’s been flooding my TV and FB with ads. It was $5 or you can get a regular breakfast meal and it’s included. First plate aka stack had 5 on it. I love pancakes so put the order in for 2 more..but I had to tap out. The size of the pancakes are huge..literally fills the plate, then add the butter and syrup.
Rating – 4.3 on a 1-5…based on service, cleanliness, and food portion. Music was a touch loud but I’m sure that it’s because it echos with being the only one in here. On a 1-10…prolly a good 7.5-8.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I mean are we for real? If you dont want to work here then leave. Me and my father came here to celebrate my birthday and my return from college. When we came in, the place was a mess. Two servers were running around trying to serve several tables at once, it took around 10 minutes to even get greeted. While we were waiting we watched 3 familys walk out due to service, we should have taken it as a sign. When we were finally greated we were told that there was going to be a waiting list of around 5 to 10 minutes, cool. We were there first, remember that for later. After 10 minutes we were seated. Our server went and immediately got our drinks and took our orders. Throughout the hour that we waited for two breakfast samplers our server was constantly complaining to us and other guests about the other workers there, how she was working 3 to close by herself, how no one else wanted to work, and overall just ruined the entire atmosphere of the dining experience. In the kitchen there was loud voices heard but no movement in the dining room, almost as if a party was being held. Everytime our server came out she would make faces at both me and my father as if she hated working there. After we waited an hour both my dad and I were fed up. At this point the dining room was filled of tables with dirty dishes everywhere, we weren’t updated, and we watched another table who came around 15 minutes after us with 4 people serviced before us. As a chef, please do not waste your time here, if no worker seems happy enough to serve you, just know the food is probably just as bad as their attitude.

Good place to hang out for any time of the day. We usually visit for breakfast or lunch. IHOPE has cozy booths, so you feel some privacy. Food is good . Last time ordered Burger and liked it, bun was tasty ingredients are fresh and patty was thick and delicious. Recommend to try

If I could give this ihop location zero stars I would. Came in with my family. 2 more families followed behind. We all waited 10 minutes and no one came to the front. No one greeted us. One waitress came out. Didn’t acknowledge the front. Walked back in the kitchen. My husband went to the kitchen door to make anyone if there was someone working aware there was people waiting. The workers then looked out the kitchen door and closed it. No one came to seat us. No one came out. They need to staff this place better. This is always an issue here.

Worst experience ever. Went in for the pancakes. Waitress was awful. Never took my drink order, the hostess did after I waited forever. Then the food comes out and the pancakes are ice cold. The butter won’t even melt. I went there for the pancakes. I sat there for over 20 minutes before she came back, not to check on me or ask how the food was but to give me the check. I told her the pancakes were stone cold. She brings me a to go box and it is wet inside with what I don’t know…. Just awful.

This is the most disgusting IHop ever. You couldn’t get coffee or any hot drink first of all. The breakfast took forever and was totally disgusting. The whole place is so nasty dirty. It’s in the teens outside and I have my mother which is older and they have the AC cranking! I would never go to this place ever again, even if they were giving food out for free. You couldn’t even pay me to eat at this location.. You get my point! Read the reviews because they are not lying. This place should be shut down!

The service sucked. She was talking over my husband and ignored me when I was trying. When I was trying to ask about the order. I understand that it was busy and the technology was fighting with her but I couldn’t get out of the building fast enough.
The only decent thing was the food and that I felt like I was being served on a lunch tray.

2/14/26 Daughter, grandson and I visited this location around noon. We opted to leave. Aside the lack of a bun for grandson’s burger the atmosphere and energy was not festive but more gloomy. That was my experience that day.
