Stopped in for a weekday dinner, accommodations were prompt and the atmosphere was inviting. The lamb youvetsi was soo tender and flavorful! Preferred the chicken souvlaki over the chicken fileto (was a bit thin and dry compared to the souvlaki). Super generous with the pre-meal pita refills and the hummus was delicious. It was our first time here and will definitely return!

I was in Greece this past summer and last night, I felt as if I was there again. The menu and the flavors and aromas of the food definitely provoked a feeling of dejavu. Our server told us that the chef was from Greece, but it was apparent to us once we tasted what we ordered. We were a party of four for dinner on a Wednesday night. There were a few tables filled when we arrived. The place had a really cute vibe and our server was very attentive. The bronzino fillet, and the mahi mahi special were absolutely DELICIOUS! The grilled octopus deserves a special shout out. We all agreed that we would definitely return.

Six of us came for dinner. One stuffed flounder. Two Halibut Specials and three swordfish and shrimp dinners. Other than the flounder everything was overcooked and dry. Tasted good but was so overcooked. My wife’s flounder was excellent.
Started out great. Attentive service. Great appetizers.
The main courses were such a disappointment and the waitress was MIA after the entries served.
I don’t recommend them.
Also very very expensive. $140 per couple. Really not worth it. Too many other good restaurants in Somerville.

My Fiance and I have passed this place many times and finally decided to give it a try. Well it definitely did not disappoint and can’t wait to go back and try other menu items. Highly recommend making a reservation on a weekend because it was very busy. Even though it was very busy, service was still great.

Cozy Greek spot on Somervilles downtown strip. Stepping into this restaurant is always fun because it gives you that authentic feel. The food is fresh and homemade with hearty portion sizes and the prices are great. Been coming here for years and the friendly staff are a plus too. If you’re in the area and craving Greek this place should be at the top of your list.

I have frequently enjoyed all of my dishes at kyma. The fresh ingredients clean presentation and delicious combinations. One of my favorite dishes is the grilled octopus. The lovely warm charred octopus on top of the cool puree and potato onion mixture is off the chart good. The service is always friendly attentive. Set a trip enjoy a nice meal and then enjoy a nice stroll through the various shops.

This is most authentic Greek food. Reminds me when I visited Greece. The food comes in abundance and is made with the freshest ingredients. Every bite is more delicious than the one before. The food is enough to share too, which is a great option to do so you can experience everything they have to offer. Service is impeccable!
I honestly can’t imagine anyone getting a bad meal here. I also feel you get every penny’s worth too. BTW, if you pay with a Ccd you will be charged a 4% fee.
That’s the only zing.

First time going here and it was pretty nice! The staff was really nice and the food was good. We got the street food platters, and one of their specials (a seafood paella). The lamb empanada was good but some bites had a weird aftertaste because of the oil. Only issue is that it felt like we were being rushed a bit. We were given the takeout boxes before we were even close to being done, and they took our plates away the minute we stopped eating. Definitely efficient, but felt a bit rushed to me. Otherwise it was great!

I loved eating at Kyma! We went on a family date with our toddler and the servers were so accommodating and brilliant/observant. They seemed to get us everything before we asked for it (food packaging, desert menu, water, refills) which is PERFECT anytime a little kid is in the mix. They also were so kind and friendly that the speed of service never once came across as rude, only thoughtful. The food. THE FOOD! It was soooooo delicious. I got the shrimp risotto which had a lobster bisque cream and it was phenomenal. My husband got a lemon chicken dish and it was delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful. What a great date, thank you Kyma! Also remember that this place is BYOB – so pack some white wine!
