Trying the new location for the first time. They reopened just a little over a month ago. Parking is still an issue so I would suggest to come early whether it is lunch or dinner. We had to wait about 20 minutes today to be seated for lunch. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The palm trees are such a nice addition. The food was good however, I think the vegetables need a little seasoning of some sort. Our waiter was on point today and service was quick. I will go back and try dinner. The atmosphere is just so lovely.

The food is always tasty and consistent. We always leave with our bellies full. The service is usually pretty good. Prices are fair for the quality you get. This was our first time at the new location. The restaurant is modern and clean. Parking spots are tight though. The lobby/waiting area is also small and gets crowded quickly. Beware, there have been some pricing changes since their move.

Last night we were promised a table for a party of 13. They had one specifically made for us and the party before us took forever to leave instead of waiting on that table. They could have accommodated us and put two tables together elsewhere. There were plenty of tables available. We waited over 2 hours. We finally got to the table 30 minutes before they were going to close. Waitress was extremely slow. The manager never apologized for our inconvenience and they should have at least gave the birthday girl a free meal after being tortured and it was pure torture. I have never seen this when they were at the old building this bigger newer building is supposed to help with the parking but the customer service has really gone down but granted the food was wonderful as usual. I hope it at least stays that way because even though I won’t eat in the restaurant again, I will still pick up the food because it is the best in town. They just need to work on their customer service or they’re going to lose customers. And one more thing, why was my glass of wine $11 but my food was 13? Something isn’t right

Me and my family tried this location out for the first time last night and it was a great experience! The place is well designed and very clean. Gracie was very attentive and one of the best servers there. She knew the menu so well and was able to give recommendations to help us out! It’s hard to find great people with good work ethic nowadays so when I see it, I have to leave a great review! Will be visiting again highly recommend

Brandon was a great waiter. Our food was delicious and we loved the the atrium windows, artwork & decor! We had the crab cakes, potato skin pimento cheese appetizer & the pork chop mashed potato meal and all were delicious!! Oh , and the bread that comes out first is so good!!

The new location is nice. I do miss the vibe of the old place. The food is still just as good! My only quirk is the weird table placement in the room with the palm trees in the middle. Having that giant booth style seat around it is awkward for all the guests sitting there. If you are on the end of the corner where another table is, it’s very disruptive when the other guests are trying to get out, and there is no room to lay your coat or any other item. Especially since that support post is in the way, it is hard for the other table to get out. They need to do away with that style of seating and remove the palm trees and add more tables instead. Other than that it was a great experience. I’m just not a fan of the seating arrangement especially if you are the one on the end of the table near the support beam. They should really reconsider that.

We used to love going here. Ever since they moved to the new location, which is beautiful, the service has been absolutely awful. The first time we were seated and not spoken to for 15 minutes, finally our server came, took our order and never returned until we were ready to go. Tried to give it another go, once again seated and not spoken to for about 15 minutes, had to ask host to send someone over. Was then given a rock hard grilled cheese I ordered for my 1&1/2 yr old, and chicken that I could barely chew. Quite disappointed and probably won’t return again

One of our favorite places to eat. Always great food. Keywest Chicken Salad, Shrimp and Grits, and the Grilled Chicken Pasta are my favs as well as my daughter’s favs. My son got the Shrimp Scampi, which was delicious, but he also loves the Cheeseburger in Paradise. My husband always gets the Grilled Chicken Pasta. Our favorite appetizer is the Pimento Cheese & Dirty Chips. Yum!
