Staff was attentive and polite when ordering food and even suggested some specialty donuts I did not see that I ended up grabbing. Got there right when the hot donuts were coming off the line and nothing compared to a warm krispy kreme donut.

My daughter and I used the drive through, and the drive thru attendant, was thoroughly distracted. We had to order about 4 times before she was able to understand what we asked for, a dozen mixed. The hiccup, she gave us the regular and chocolate regulars, found it to be weird, that you can go to Rofo and get the same donuts, maybe day olds, but mix them with all flavors, for a half dozen for $8, but the actual site for a dozen is almost $20 for basic. The location doesn’t have tap pay, nor pay by phone, its still give your card to them to pay. 1st time going in over 7 years, and the experience was just not worth it to me.

Definitely not worth >$2 per donut!! Got a cream-filled that maybe had 1tsp cream in it. Disappointed! I used to get these at gas station and they were better. $14 for 6 donuts; not doing that again

Everytime I come here it’s an issue. A latte takes 5 minutes to make and doesn’t even come up the lid? Staff not that friendly and la’erica could be more knowledgable and give customers what they ask for. I won’t be back but hopefully it gets better for others.

We went around 7pm. They were sold out of all the types of doughnuts that we like, so we didn’t get anything. Seems odd tgat a doughnut place can’t just make more doughnuts

This was a request from my son on our trip back home from DC. He found out that Krispy Kreme offers 1 free donut for every “A” on your report card up to 6 A’s, up through the sixth grade. So he and his sister brought both their report cards with them on our trip. We stopped and honored the report cards and we got a dozen donuts. My wife and I purchased other ones on the side of the dozen. The lady working the register was more than friendly after my son asked her about the policy. This was an exciting part of our trip. The kids really loved this. The location was very clean and the donuts were delicious.

The ladies at the Owings Mills Krispy Kreme are AWESOME!!! We placed a short notice order for 25 dozen donuts on Labor Day weekend. It was a ridiculous ask, please try not to do that to these nice ladies!

Our order was PERFECT and ON-TIME!!

Thanks so much for all your hard work! You made the Westminster High School Class of 2026 Senior Sunrise extra special!

We drove an hour to get here, and the doughnuts are awesome. The lady that waited on us was very pleasant.

Has anyone else watched donuts go in the trash at this location?

We stood at the window 37 minutes and literally counted more than 200 donuts go in to a recepticle that we thought may be storage but we were told was the trash.
The employees acted as though it was a normal occurrence…. I asked the manager and she said, “well it’s just something that happens at the end of the day.” It actually wasn’t the end of the day, the restaurant was scheduled to be open another 4 hours.
Why not just halt production?
In this day and age of starvation all over the country this seems to be so irresponsible.

If Krispy Kreme has no accountability process for their dough or donuts maybe they should give away to the homeless or give to children’s organizations as fundraisers.

The donuts we were served were also not fresh, a couple of choices that we requested were not available and the blueberry were way too sweet.

I do have to mention the employees were very courteous and nice and tried to rectify our order issues to the best of their ability.

There’s something about knowing your donut is being made fresh (because you literally watch it get made) that makes it 100000x better than knowing it arrived from a warehouse in a truck. Plus the staff here is super awesome – shout out to Xanyah for the great service
