This place has such good food. I am constantly on the search to find a mind-blowing french onion soup and this place achieved that. Only $8 to have your life changed with that soup here. Aside from the soup, really good mac & cheese, as well as french fries!! My friend got the buffalo cauliflower and said it was great. You have to order food if you come here!

Finally came to this spot not on a weekend and when it wasn’t super crowded. We ordered from the bar and found a booth to sit at and enjoy our Guinness. We enjoyed the sweet potato fries, dry rub chicken wings and wedge salad. Definitely has that dive bar feel and chill place that has indoor and outdoor seating.

I was a vendor there for an event. The staff was very helpful and polite. The burger I had ( though not the one with jalapeños like the bartender said he liked) was really tasty. Next time I will try the jalapeños burger. I just wasn’t feeling a taste for spicy food that night. I kinda wish they had some A1 as a condiment, but I know not everybody uses that on their burger and fries. Other than that one personal preference of mine the whole experience was great. It had a great atmosphere as well. If I lived closer to there I could easily see it being a regular hangout for me.

The best of the best dive bars. Great live music on the weekends, and the BEST casual comfy outdoor seating. Fantastic bartenders, and overall a great place to come with your friends for a drink and to listen to some good music that isn’t CRAZY loud. I’ve been to other dive bars in Charleston and their music is SO loud it’s hard to even talk to your friends right next to you. That isn’t the case here. It’s…*chefs kiss*…perfect.

Seems like it could be a cool place to eat, if anyone worked here. Stood around for 6 minutes at the bar, and at the kitchen pickup area with no one ever acknowledging that they worked there or that I could sit or that they served food at all. Maybe they just are not a good lunch spot, or maybe they’re great, but I’ll never know because the staff doesn’t seem to exist today.

Cool place close to downtown. You order at the bar and you pick your food up and take it to your table. You also clean your dishes and toss your trash when done. If you want white linens and table service, this is not going to be your jam. We were there for lunch and there were only a few folks scattered around. Food was good! Burgers were delicious. Bartender was friendly, bathrooms were crazy but clean, outdoor seating was nice. We would go back.

Friendly place that can be a dive bar, a restaurant with good burgers and more, a place for more upmarket beers and cocktails, or some combination of all the above. Nice to have an outside area and two inside areas as well. Plentiful easy parking too.
