Got through the drive-thru quickly, and the food was tasty. However, the order taker used a sneaky upsell tactic, trying to get me to buy a larger coffee when I had clearly asked for a meal by number. Dude, it’s breakfast—I’m not caffeinated yet, not thinking clearly, and definitely NOT in the mood for games. If I ask for a number two meal, I want it the way it comes, not a sales pitch to squeeze a few extra cents of profit out of me for the corporation. I could maybe understand if you earned a commission, but you’re not—you’re just lining the pockets of corporate executives while the rest of us are doing our best in a tough economy. Please, just stop.

This is consistently one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been to. There’s not a lot of options in this area, so occasionally I’ll come by and forget how sad this place really is. Noone wants to help people inside and will deliberately make them selves non available or hidden. When you do eventually get your food… It’s been about 50/50 if the order is correct, due to the amount of time spent waiting to begin with and not wanting confrontation I’ve ended up throwing out my food multiple times… This place is just sad… Stay away.

The only saving grace is the entertainment you get from people losing their patience and walking behind the counter to give people cups or yelling to get others attention.

Update: nothing has changed
1. Somehow ordered at 12:50 and got a cheeseburger from the past.
2. Past cheeseburger was supposed to have no onions
3. Past cheeseburger has gratuitous amount of onions.

Absolutely unacceptable wait times. This McDonald’s operates at a pace that makes you question whether the concept of “fast food” was ever explained to the staff. I waited an absurd amount of time just to place my order, and then even longer to receive it—despite the restaurant not being busy.

Cars were barely moving in the drive-thru, employees seemed disorganized, and there was zero sense of urgency. Watching people ahead of me wait endlessly for basic orders was beyond frustrating. No communication, no apology, no explanation—just silence and wasted time.

If you’re in a hurry (which is literally why people go to McDonald’s), do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Waiting this long for fast food is ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose. I won’t be coming back.

The experience I had today at this location at first started out very slow, due to a long waiting time on the food I had preordered online. While waiting & waiting inside this location my experience changed from patiently waiting to great. One of the employees Ala’jah truly brightened up my day while providing me wonderful customer service she also assisted another employee A’laiyah in providing me wonderful service as well. I made sure to get both ladies names, Ala’jah (Lay Lay) & A’laiyah (Lay) , I really hope I have gotten their names correctly. Ala’jah is above & beyond good customer service . I can absolutely say I have never had a McDonals visit anywhere in my life that really as I said, brightened up my day.
I am ordinarily someone who doesn’t take the time to post reviews today however, I made sure that I wrote one as it’s deserved.
Lay Lay up front on the register really has big things coming to her in her future. She is professional, caring, has amazing skills working with the public, is kind, her customer service is entirely excellent, she makes you feel that you are cared about as a customer, as well as a person & demonstrated the ability to meet your needs. She is politely accommodating, she made sure my order was exactly right. She even helped me carry my drinks to the car because I had told her I have had a back surgery recently in conversation (not even asking for help.) Other employees look to her for guidance, their feedback is visibly shown to appreciate her knowledge & kindness. Lay had such a kind helpful demeanor, also a valuable employee.
I really hope Lay Lay’s managers realize, know, appreciate & are grateful for her. Lay as well.
My inner action w/ a manager there today (white male) was not good, he was very rude & annoyed to be there, demonstrating he is unapproachable.
There was a 3rd young lady that was so sweet and helpful as well but this post cut it off . I’d like to complement her as well but can’t remember her name now. If anyone reads this that knows her name please chime in. And I must add I learned all 3 ladies get a ride to and from work there from a county nearly a hour away. Sadly when I was leaving a shift change happened and the new manager coming in was unprofessional and demeaning to a couple of them immediately was hard to watch. Ok I’m done Google review ….that was way too much maybe I should stick to not making reviews

Nope sorry. Let’s try again for a better review at some point in the future.
Problem 1: the dining room had NO heat. Therefore no comfortable climate control.
Problem 2: Spent 15 minutes waiting for fast food service. I’d rather chosen a sit down restaurant with table service.

Complaint statement: Hey management, you could do better. A LOT better.

Thee food wasn’t bad. The sandwich tastes like every other fast food chicken sandwich. The fries were delicious. The chicken nuggets were not good; I don’t understand the hype. It was really cheap. Nuggets, fries, drink, and sandwich. All for five bucks. Not bad!

Less than 30 minutes ago, went to the drive thru to get “a quarter pounder with cheese, no bun, add lettuce”. Paid over $7 for a cold piece of meat, cold cheese/not melted, little onion, and no lettuce. I have given this location several attempts to get the food order correct and get a warm burger with no luck. This will be my last time. However, the worker that gave me my food was very nice.

You did good out of five stores I’ve been to you’re one of two that had that new toys out on time! Congrats well managed store. You get a 4.99999999999999 out of 5. Pleasant people working in the Drive-Thru food looks good haven’t tried it yet ordered a medium cook I got a large it’s a dollar so they gave me the upgrade for free you know another plus. I like them. The reason no five the toys are $1.50 which is too high they should be a dollar.

I went through the drive-thru during my visit, and the experience was quick and efficient. The ordering process was smooth, and my food came out fast, which was great. The food itself was hot, fresh, and tasted just as expected from McDonald’s. The staff was polite but not overly engaging they got the job done without much small talk. Overall, it was a convenient and satisfying stop for a quick meal on the go.
