My experience was watching and listening to a manager talk down, belittle, disrespect, touch (easily couldve just told them and not touch them) and make their employee feel like complete crap and then I heard it was their first or second day. How about instead of making a kid feel like crap, let’s try putting on our big kid underwear and deal with our issues in like idk…therapy or something, not work.

No kiosks! It’s amazing! Please keep this place the same as it is. Staff are excellent. Love the retro look and wish McDonald’s would go to back to it for all of them. It beats the soulless box that the new ones are. Food is what you expect from McDonald’s and the tables are clean.

Been to both Lewiston stores for breakfast with my son. Both times only ordered two breakfast sandwiches, each store could not get a simple substitution correctly on the meat even verifying when ordering and picking up. Terrible, and to pay $10 for a Begal with an egg on it…noooooo more. I’ll bring mine from home next trip to town.

So this is the THIRD time this week that I have gotten pickles, mustard, and onions on my 2 Cheeseburger Meal when I had specifically asked for KETCHUP AND CHEESE ONLY. The second time they messed up I went back after I called them to bring it to their attention. I have gotten home THREE times now this week and seen they didn’t follow instructions. I am over spending my hard earned money with your company. It isn’t hard to follow basic instructions (I could have been an allergic customer out of the THREE times). Very very disappointing in this store and its employees.

Very disappointed. My whole order was wrong, paid more for than what I should have. I ordered a large quarter pounder meal with a side of large fries and I got a medium quarter pounder meal with a side of medium fries and still paid the large price.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Amazing retro look. They said they remodeled to match the very first McDonald’s 22 years ago! But will be changing to the ordinary standard look this fall. Everyone should see this place before it’s updated.
