2 people infront of me were sent to waiting spots. Then 3 people behind me. 6 people in line and they didn’t serve a single person at the window. I ordered one wrap and a tea and im sitting in the parking lot. Every single car in my picture including the rear view mirror pictures are waiting for food.

This place absolute sucks! And CLEARLY the owner does not give a shit based on the Google ratings. And I have had numerous bad experiences in the past as well. No one inside waiting to order. Went to drive through and sat there almost 5 min before I was helped with NO ONE IN LINE! No soda because the syrup machine was broke or something. Only bottled water and coffee was available.. Orders my value meal, and when I got the total? It was about 3 bucks more. She actually charged me for the water, even though the soda that is supposed to come with meal is not available. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Slowest McDonald’s possible in the planet. Currently in the drive through line and we are all the way around to the front of the building currently. Haven’t moved in 5 plus minutes. This is everytime I go here. Update I have moved 1 car length in 15 minutes

Food was fine, but the wait times at this location are unacceptable. It took over 15 minutes just to place my order, then another five minutes to actually get the food. The lines were so backed up that people couldn’t even get out of the parking lot. I’d recommend going to the Main Street location in Binghamton instead. It’s a bit farther, but much faster and better managed.

I only went here because my daughter wanted to. This place always takes forever and 9/10 times gets your order wrong anyway. The staff do not care when they mess up and rarely do anything to make it right. I will drive further out of my way or pay more to go anywhere else but here.

It Was not the best experience when I visited. They have kiosks to order so they automatically do not want to take your order they want you to order at the kiosk. I only had cash so, I had to go to the cashier. It took a staff member a few minutes before he noticed that I was standing there, and looking to order. the location seemed very busy at the time that I went, but nonetheless, they should still be attentive to the patrons. when I asked the cashier if they had any cheese that I could add to my chicken sandwich meal he stated “no” I then asked “so what do you guys put on the burgers? “To which he answered “American cheese” so then I asked if I could add that to my meal. It seems like they are not very knowledgeable on what is available to order. When I received my order for some reason, the crewmember who retrieved my order, slammed my bag down on the counter and it seemed as if he was flustered. I’m not taking offense to it as much as I could, but they definitely should watch their mannerisms when being in a customer front facing environment. Overall McDonald’s food quality has went down I would never order a chicken sandwich again as it had a rubbery taste but the food was hot and fresh which I can appreciate from the kitchen staff. The location was clean on the interior and exterior as well as the bathrooms you can tell it’s very well kept. Seems like there is predominantly male staff.

I went to the drive thru. They were short staffed. The pay windows wasn’t open. Cashier was not friendly at all. Maybe because they didn’t have enough staff? It takes 1 second to say “Hi”. 1 second to say “Thank you”, or “have a nice day”. Was disappointed with the interaction.

I dont think I have ever received my full order at this McDonalds. They consistently forget even large items that make up most of the order. Staff is nice and the place is clean, at the very least.

I’m updating my review of this particular McDonald’s again (it’s been 4 years), and it looks like things are finally changing for the better here.
This McDonald’s shares the building with a gas station, and was updated sometime right before COVID 19 hit in 2020.
I decided to eat in this time during lunch off from work. Service was prompt and friendly, though it also wasn’t terribly busy. Still, an improvement over what used to be. I had my food within 2 minutes of ordering and the food was hot and fresh, although the fries were a little undercooked from what I would typically like. Not a big deal.
I hope this is the new norm for this location. Happy to see things have improved, at least on this visit.

If you go in to order it takes FOREVER to get ur food. And even tho it took so long it dont mean its gonna be hot or fresh. I have stood in there for like 30 mins or more and when I got my food it wasn’t even hot. Just because its fast food dont mean you should get served cold food. Especially old cold fries. Like make it fresh. Don’t give me my order and I have 3 old cold fries snd only one was fresh and hot thats so annoying. Besides the fact that its so bad for you but sometimes you have to get it. And when I do I WANT FRESH FOOD. ILL WAIT NO PROBLEM.
