Honestly I’m extremely disappointed in this location as most Wendy’s are good. This one is not the one if you want your food fresh, or even right at all. Upon multiple occasions I’ve visited this Wendy’s as it’s quick and convenient and every time after my first time being there I’ve been repeatedly let down over the smallest expectations I’ve had because it’s a small task. When I order a Dave’s triple I get a double baconator, when I place a mobile order and pick it up not even 5 minutes later the fries are cold and hard, I understand it’s hard for some people to work but just please try to be more correct and keep the customer in mind.
On another note there is a very proper man in second window a couple weeks ago that made my day so I’m assuming there is a good crew and a bad crew, but the bad one works mostly all the time

If you like cold food then this is the place for you. Just bought a double cheeseburger and a BLT chicken sandwich. From the time I got it from the window to the time I got it home. In a 10 minute timespan the sandwiches were ice cold. The cheese on the chicken sandwich was not even melted. Then to top it all off. These stupid open top cups that are used for milkshakes and frosties are terrible. The damn cup tips over ya lose the whole thing. It spills out. These restaurants need a better cover for these beverages that don’t have an open top.

It was all good. It was Ironic we went there. The person I was with asked to, and that Wendy’s is the one my kids mom’s first job was at. She passed away Oct 2nd 2025 only a few weeks before going there and hadn’t been there in a very long time.

Line to order was long, but it moved pretty quick considering. The wait for food was short. The lobby was clean, there was an employee dedicated solely to cleaning tables as patrons got up and left. Soda machine was out of several flavors including the one I wanted most which was cherry vanilla coke. My son of the baconator was good and fries right out of the fryer. Wife’s feesh mozzarella salad was as well.

Bad food worse neighborhood but outside that Horrible experience, the owner cursed at me because after 16 min of waiting for fries at counter I questioned why he was continually giving fries to drive thru customers who came after me. Restaurant was dirty smelled bad. Franchise Owner’s employees were seemingly afraid of him. Beyond unprofessional! . Stay far away from this joke of a franchise.

I have only been here twice and BOTH TIMES they got my order wrong and I was the only person in line. Asked for a Large Deluxe Combo with no tomato or pickle. Dude with bad teeth hands me a double burger with tomato, and a small amount of fries in a large cup. 2 times!!!!

Place has a good staff always friendly and attentative, food is hot and prompt. Getting into the place is a death trap. The front step is actually cracked and starting to collapse someone is going to get seriously hurt!

I asked for a strawberry lemonade with no ice, they got that wrong. Requested that they take the ice out, when I receive my drink it was a completely different drink. My whole meal was cold, with no sauce. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I will not be going back

We did drive thru which was very clean. We got 4 Son of Baconator for 3 bucks each . Big time score and they were scrumptious. My guilty pleasure done cheap.
