awful. paid $33 for none of my order to be correct. barely any beef in any of my tacos, burritos, and chalupa. ordered a number one supreme, got soft tacos and not supreme. ordered a dortios locos taco supreme.. not supreme. burritos not full at all. i tried calling the restaurant about five times to speak with someone about getting a refund and resolving this issue, and nobody answered.. it’s 10 pm. pretty ridiculous and lazy workers.

Im just very confused as to how I drive 10 minutes to this store…get into the lobby. The 2 lady’s in front of me HAVENT EVEN PUT IN THEIR ORDERS YET, and they both somehow get their food before my delivery order that im standing here for 15 minutes waiting on… AND THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED IT YET??? No wonder all Taco bells are barely 3 stars… Pay more to hire better people
I remember when Fast Food used to be …fast… now its like McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Whataburger all have people who have no sense of hustle and deserve the $16-$18 and hour you’re paying them. Like 3 People can barely handle 10 orders.

Was told this is a large freeze. Paid $9 for two of these. I know this isn’t a large because I’ve had a large in a combo meal. I asked and they said it was a large and I know it isn’t. And it’s not even filled all the way. I’ll come back another time and likely get the size I pay for because this isn’t it.

When you pull up, The audio recording is one of the most annoying voices and sounds I’ve ever heard in my life. The first couple times I was like oh it’s OK and then after like the 10th time I was like it’s time to switch it up, honey. Whoever made the recording should drive through the drive-through themselves to hear how extremely loud and annoying it is. I pull up and I’m hungry for something to eat and I just get some strange voice of a lady yelling at the top of her lungs screeching. Will you be using the app today practically breaking the speaker. The food is always good. The employees are always great. If they could, please just change that recording I’m serious please for heaven sakes.

Ever since they have gotten the kiosk, they forget that there’s still people who want to order with the realperson. I told him I was having problems with my order and was waiting for someone to come help me. And all they did was walk past me and continue on what they were doing When I complained she said she was too busy in the back If you can’t do your job, then don’t take the job I will not be coming back to this location Customer service is absolutely terrible.

Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food restaurant (many years ago) but over the years it has gotten progressively worse to the point where I’ve crossed it off my list completely. Broken taco shells, little to no cheese, no ice in my drink, carelessly prepared and poorly wrapped food items… the list goes on. The beans and the beef are not even close to being the same quality they were years ago. Not to mention they’ve removed so many of our favorite menu items, only to replace them with more expensive but less tasty options. Enough is enough ~ no more.

Tried to go in and get breakfast on 12/26/25 and of course the doors are still locked at 10:00 when the sign says they open at 9:00. We citizens get really tired of these fast food joints not living up to their own established requirements. This is Colorado Springs not East St. Louis so there is no excuse to have your doors locked at 10:00 on a Friday. Taco bell has become worthless.

This Taco Bell sparked my eternal love for Taco Bell. The staff here has always been kind to me and love to help me out. The food is always amazing and pretty good quality considering it’s a fast food place. I have had everything on the menu at least once, and enjoy it all. They have wonderful, low cost choices, and you can get through the drive through in record time. Plenty of parking, and wonderful air about the place. They have clean restrooms too! The only thing really is how expensive it’s getting. I know for a fact they don’t need to make their tacos as expensive as they are, and I really hope they figure out how to lower the prices.
10/10 though, would recommend, I will return

I love Taco Bell but this location needs some help. Please do a thorough cleaning in the dining area and the bathrooms. Unsanitary bathroom smell drifts into the dining area. Really gross! Otherwise, just change this location to pick up or drive thru ONLY.
