I’m very upset with this place, due to my wife ordering her favorite pasta place and she ordered from Uber eats and when she received the food, she was busy at work, so she microwaved her spaghetti and meatballs when she had a chance, and when she took it out to mix it, THERE WAS A LID UNDER HER PASTA IN THE CONTAINER, so now the lid melted into the pasta and she was not able to eat the meal! And when she called this place to make a complaint, they just told her she has to deal with Uber.. but did Uber make and package the food?? No. I never leave complaints, but risking someone’s life?? Not okay. We will take our business somewhere else!!

This is my first time eating at Big Guy’s Pizza. We ordered our pizza on the 15th of February. To my surprise, they were still serving heart-shaped pizzas. Very cute! As far as the service and atmosphere goes, I can’t say because my wife went inside, paid, and ordered. There were a few guys standing around smoking in front of the establishment. I hope they patronized. As a business owner myself, I would not want any loitering of any kind in front of the restaurant because it looks bad/unsafe. All was well. They didn’t bother us, and we didn’t bother them. The pizza tasted good.

I order 1 large pizza with the 2 already included toppings, plus 4 extra toppings($2.25 each) and 6 pc wings. My TOTAL was $46.74. I thought it was going to be a decent size but they actually sell you a medium pizza for the price of a large one. I called the restaurant and asked about the size, the person on the phone was very nice and he said it is a 14 inch but it shrinks in the oven (understandable) to a 12 inch, but as long as the box says 14 inch it means I got a large one. Wouldn’t it be better to cook a 16 inch, so it shrinks to 14 inch? He offered to remake it for me, to try and get it to a 14 inch but I refuse to drive 15 minutes back just for 1 extra inch. To comparison, it is the same size as a medium pan pizza from Dominos. The pizza barely has any pepperoni or bacon on one side as you can see in the pictures. This has been the most expensive pizza I have ever paid for. Wings were good, pizza has a nice flavor but not worth $47 dollars.

too tired to function
Had high hopes for this place but ended up with a mild case of food poisoning, the soda fountain didn’t have practically any syrup so it was just sparkling water, pizza was ok didn’t blow me away and my fries were undercooked. Once I can look at pizza again without feeling sick I’ll stay away from this place.

I called to confirm that I could order black olives since they were not on the pick list for pizza add ons. The person answering the phone said they were. They were not which is why I called. I asked if I could order them by phone for delivery. The answer was a kind of gruff no, only on line just put it in the comments, which I eventually found. I’ve had better customer service but in the end there were on the pizza!

Sorry to say i had been looking forward to having pizza from this place because i kept on seeing the pictures in their website! I have to say either the pictures are from another place ! Or photoshoped super good ! Food has no taste , pizza looks nothing like their pictures in their google images and fries are soggier than potatoe salad ughh their wings need flavor for sure pizza crust is huge and dry. ! I definatelly wont recomend the place unless you had bunch of their beer and dont care about quality! Staff was friendly but thats all the positive feedback i can give about this place! Hope they can tuen this place around because place looks like they be a great place to dine in and have a great time!

Great place to come to for delicious food and good drinks! Friendly staff, the bartenders are welcoming and attentive. I love that this place is open late, wish there were more establishments like this! Another good watering hole added to my list. Savannah the bartender was great! Keep up the good work!

This is a great local pizza joint. Not only do they have the restaurant but they have a full bar as well. I have the rib tips and the power-play pizza and both of them were amazing. My friends had wings and the Hall of Famer pizza and each one of those was awesome too. If you live local you got to come in and check it out or have it delivered
