Did curbside order because I have my child in the car, I waited 10 minutes and no one came
Out then my app said it been delivered when it hadn’t I have to now walk inside and my order is siting there while she’s taking an order. The manger comes and says she was going tu take it but someone walked in. So you don’t care about the order that’s been there for 10 mins. The manager Karol didn’t care just looked at me when I explained how they failed

The food was fine, but it did the trick. However, getting it was an ordeal. The wait time was unusually long, especially for a fast-food restaurant that wasn’t overly busy. While we were waiting, it was hard not to notice how dirty the dining area was. Most of the tables were sticky and had crumbs on them, and the floor could have used a good cleaning. The food was okay, but the long wait and lack of cleanliness really brought the experience down.

No matter what time of the day you come here there is a waiting period of at least 20min to get your food to sit down to eat, I have to ask what is their waiting time period before I order and they never have milk shakes no matter what time of the day you come, but i figured out they just dont want to clean the machine so they are always out… never any proper utensils and when you ask for the proper materials they laugh at you like come on now you know we are all screwed up here… employees are always joking around and dont take the walk in customers serious…

A little concerned today. Felt a bit weird with my stomach after stoppint by for a quarter pounder with cheese.
I know an establishment can be so busy that some steps must be skipped to meet corporate micromanaging standards, but cooking ground meat all the way through cannot be skipped. I had to take a picture for the just in case.
The people were nice and doing their jobs, but something is wrong when they are rushing through. Please take note McDonald’s and customers just be aware. Also 50.00 for some food is not worth the possibility of food poisoning.

There was a sever who wouldn’t let me pay with two cards but I’ve payed with two cards plenty of times this is the worst service ever and over all the sever was very rude and sassy

The burgers were sloppy, cheese only half inside the bun and the other half sliding out onto the wrapper. 3 of the 4 burgers we ordered were unsatisfactory for the price you pay. The fries were very hot and saved the day.

I now understand why this location has a 1 star. Because it happened to me! I paid for meal to include tomatoes, mayo and lettuce. That was an additional cost! And yet, you have these fast food workers that aren’t paying attention to the number system. I feel bad for the person who got my meal, because a lot of people don’t like tomatoes and lettuce …. McDonald’s workers are asking for higher wages? Nah with bad service!

I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at this McDonald’s! Yesterday my daughter accidentally left her little purse behind, and when we came back the next day to see if there was any chance it had been found, the staff had kept it safe for us. My daughter was very upset about losing it, but thanks to their honesty and care, she got it back. I really appreciate how helpful and trustworthy the team was , thank you
