I call this afternoon looking for the Baja Blast Pie. (I’ve been waiting for it to come out forever!)
Fully expected an attitude when the girl answered the phone. ( No fault of her own – I was just preparing for it, lol. )
She was super sweet, and told me they did have the pie. The drive through was super quick at Lunch time on a Saturday. The girl at the window was nice.
And I got my pie, for $20…. [It’s super sweet. I don’t really think it tastes like Baja blast, more like sour gummy worms.] But I very much enjoyed it and my interaction with the staff.
-side note if you do get the pie…. It’s supposed to be frozen!-

No quality control at all anymore, It’s sad because a couple years ago this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I was hungry and thought it might be a good idea get Taco Bell since I haven’t been there in a while. Picked up drive through and when I stopped to check the food everything was just crammed into one corner of the bag and a taco was sitting ontop waiting to spill all out exactly how it is in the photo. Who would ever eat something like that already open in the bag? The whole order looks so badly put together I couldn’t even set myself to eat it with the paper and sauce being stuck to everything and my hands just getting it out the bag I just lost appetite. I’ve worked/ran restaurants for years. The food culture has gotten so bad that I can’t even trust fast food anymore. The inconsistency—especially at this location—is unbelievable. I honestly don’t know who to blame: society for making these some of the lowest-paying jobs, or the cook who never chose a better career path and now takes it out on my food.

On multiple occasions, I’ve placed a mobile order for pickup at a specific time, and have had to wait nearly an hour for my food to be ready. Today, 1/19/26, I placed an order for pickup at 12:15pm. It was not ready until 1:10pm. Only one side of the cook line was running, and they were handling drive through orders only, there was a massive group of people waiting inside. Unacceptable to only have one cook line running at lunch time, and Unacceptable to have to wait almost an hour for ‘fast food’. Better off going to Chipotle across the street. I wouldve just canceled my order and went through the drive through, but I wont fit through with the work van I drive.

I usually order through the app and pick up through the drive thru. Service is fairly quick. Employees are nice. My order is usually correct.

Taco stuck to the paper & hair in my food, just wonderful. Always love eating someone’s hair called the store, no one answered the phone & Taco Bell customer service never said anything either so clearly they don’t care. Everyone go get your hair tacos from Taco Bell

Taco Bell is absolutely my favorite fast food. I was served the worst burrito I’ve ever been served today. A quarter of the usual size, cold, and dried out beans, so dry they were crunchy. Wow. Shameful.

I ordered ahead—A double stack taco and a drink. I get to the drive-thru, there’s one car in front of me…Cool. Why did it take 15 entire minutes to get my food? They did not ask the car ahead of me to pull out of the drive-thru, knowing that there is no bypass lane and everyone is trapped. I finally get to the window and the girl just hands me my food. She doesn’t apologize, she doesn’t acknowledge the fact that we’ve been waiting here way too long or anything. I will never come to this location again. I’m going to stick to the Bridgeton location because they treat me right and there’s a bypass lane if there’s a problem with the drive-thru. Don’t be holding people hostage in your drive through lane!

Every single time I order food from DoorDash yall always seem to forget stuff or mess up my order and it’s not just me I’ve been hearing it from a lot of people. Yall need to get your act together and start giving the customers what they need. How do yall expect us to drink a drink without a straw, how do yall expect us to eat food that needs a fork WITHOUT a fork. This is ridiculous. I’m tired of this always happening next time I’m going to call yall and really complain because this is no way to run a business and don’t sit there and say it was doordashes fault because it’s not. This is on the workers at Taco Bell. Yall honestly suck at your job. It’s sad that McDonald’s has better service than you guys. It’s a shame.

This location is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Never ever is the order correct, and the employees don’t care at all about how they make the food.
Here’s a prime example: a Potato soft taco with an enormous glob of sauce and literally only 2 potatoes in it.
