Spent 70$ left a 10$ tip for old food. I called for a refund because my chow mein was old and soggy and the orange chicken breading was hard and old. I asked to bring the food in and was told no I could get a credit. The lady was really rude and I end up just throwing the food away. 80$ in this economy is robbery for terrible food.

This was our first visit, so we got the appetizer platter since it had 4 different appetizers on it. That was good and filling. Then we got the combination of our choice with 4 options. For 14.25, I was expecting smaller portions or something, but it was so much good food. It’s a bit on the greasy side with so much deep-fried stuff, but it’s still worth it.

Huge portions, good flavors, and plenty of variety. The broccoli beef was really good; the beef was deliciously tender and the sauce was thick and flavorful. The lo mein noodles were thin and a little disappointing, and had what looked like uncooked mushrooms in it. Clean, orderly, and with good service, it was a good experience dining here. Overall a solid B- grade.

Very frustrated! I suggest if your ordering from Shanghi on a Holiday to order very early and tell them when you want your order ready! Ordered for our family for Christmas dinner tonight and told it would be ready in an hour and 15 min. My husband arrived to pick it up and was told there were 5-6 tickets ahead of us, and they could not give us a time frame. Unacceptable! They were rude about it and didn’t care! At some point you need to stop taking orders if you can’t keep up! Thanks for ruining Christmas dinner!

I really did like the place. I came back, but this time ordered a take out. The staff were making fun of me for being fat. They laughed at me. Pointing finger at me while I was sitting down waiting for my food. Little did they know I had a miscarriage and gained weight because of depression. I never came back. To my plus size women, be careful walking in to this place.
