Overall a good experience. They could use additional staff as it took a while to order food and get our food once we sat (30 min). Queso is fantastic but the rest was just okay.

People that ordered after us were able to get their food before us (multiple people). Which the prompted me to ask about our food and was told that the kitchen is slow and running behind.

I love this place overall. One thing though, if you are going to order to-go food and have the time, go ahead and order it for in store and then get a to-go box. The to-go food always seems pretty skimpy, especially on whatever the protein for your taco is. I could just be getting unlucky but I have noticed this to be the case more than once. Check out their hooky hour(s) if youre looking for a decent drink at a great price.

We love visiting this location for amazing margaritas from Sarah and delicious tacos. Sarah is wonderful and never disappoints. She’s super friendly and always knows when we need another drink or something to eat.

I can’t recommend this location strongly enough. Parking lot is sometimes a challenge but there’s always somewhere to park close by if their lot is full.

Do yourself a favor and be sure to check out this Torchy’s location if you’re in the area. And ask for Sarah when you’re there! She’ll take good care of you too!

I tried the hooky hour specials and the street tacos were the winners!

My favorites were the Barbacoa tacos.

I also tried the diablo chicken bites and they are definitely spicy, also ask for the Bacon Bourbon marmalade, it’s my favorite!!

Overall the place is clean, staff is friendly and welcoming always willing to help, shout out to the girl with purple hair, she went above and beyond trying to helping me, the only feedback I have is to make the proteins a bit more hot in terms of temperature, I will definitely come back, thank you.

Great service from Joy at the Belterra location on 290. The new ordering kiosks are good looking but my brain takes forever to get thru that process. Joy gave me personal service and made sure my order was just right!

Sarah isn’t just a bartender — she’s basically a drink-memory wizard. Somehow she remembers our usual orders before we even sit down (which is impressive considering how often we “mix it up” ).

She’s always attentive without hovering, keeps the vibes just right, and is genuinely lovely to chat with. The kind of bartender who makes you feel like a regular — even if you probably shouldn’t be.

If you’re lucky enough to have Sarah behind the bar, you’re in for a great night.

There was multiple components missing from our order, I’m glad they were kind enough to fix it. The flavors in the food keep changing, such as the chips being extra salty and the quesadilla was sad. The chicken was also noticeably dry and flat. Props to service because they were super nice and fixed everything. The chipotle sauce is a crime to put on top of cilantro rice. The kiosks are also card only..

Came in for a quick bite. It’s been a long time since I was last at a Torchy’s since it’s not really my style of taco. Looked at the board for a minute and was waiting to place my order before I realized it – they don’t have people working at the registers any more. I fumbled around on the screen looking for the queso and taco I wanted. Finally found it. Ordered, paid, sat down, and waited. The food came out cold, as if the meat had been just sitting on a counter all day without even the dignity of a heat lamp. It was also really greasy.

Won’t be coming back. We got tacos at home.

Food is okay and sometimes really good but the service is bad and sometimes really bad. We have trouble ordering with their automatic system and it is never worked for us that we’ve always had to wait for a human to show up. I notice other people have the same problem. We experienced this about four times with their automatic system. I am surprised they were smart enough to open a place like this and not care about keeping their customers.

Great breakfast tacos, good service. The only improvement could be their Horchata water could be much better, and would be nice to have a station with salsas if you need extra salsa, takes time to be getting a waiter just to request extra salsa. But the food is great.
