I’m posting this as a warning to anyone eating here this morning. I ordered breakfast through the drive-thru, and after biting into the chicken, I noticed a hair embedded inside the breading and meat (see photo).
This is a serious food-safety issue and completely unacceptable. I did not go back inside, but this experience was enough to make me stop eating immediately.
I hope management takes sanitation and food handling more seriously, because this should never happen.

This is my least favorite Chick-fil-A to drive through. Even though this is a relatively new restaurant they effectively have only one full service drive through lane. While there are 2 lanes, one is dedicated to picking up mobile orders only. Therefore if you have not ordered ahead on the app, expect longer lines and wait times. It wasn’t like this when they first opened. I don’t want my order sitting around in a bag getting cold waiting for me to pick it up.

I normally just go to drive thru, but a week ago I decided to randomly eat inside this Chick-fil-A. It was very clean and organized. I rarely eat inside fast food places, so I was impressed. No complaints at all.

Great experience every time I come here. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistent, and the service is honestly what sets this place apart. The employees are polite, quick, and actually seem like they care. The restaurant is clean, drive-thru moves fast, and my order is always right. Easily one of the best fast-food spots around

3rd time in a row order is wrong. Didn’t check before we pulled off. But honestly its not my job to to their job and check the order. Chic fila (especially this one) does no better service “pleasure” than McDonald’s… HATE having to call about an order!!!!

It’s Chick-fil-A, what is there not to love about it. They are consistent and delicious. I stopped to try the new location in Sunnyvale and was pleased by the prompt customer service, cleanliness, and kindness beaming from the staff. The parking area is spacious and the drive thru has 2 lanes to get you in and out quickly. It was very welcoming. I will definitely patron them again.

I had to write a review based on the behind the scenes customer service I saw two nights ago. There was someone oblivious in the mobile order line who took long enough to order that management inside the restaurant recognized them and started looking out the door. I was pissed originally as this person who needs to learn social awareness held everyone up 5-10 minutes, but as I left I was really taken back by the dedication of the management team who showed pride in keeping standards high which people don’t see or recognize as it wasn’t a direct customer service. I was really surprised that they came out and confronted the driver when the driver drove around in effort to educate them what mobile order line means. They definitely earned a lifelong customer and I hope they see this because it was noticed and very much appreciated!

The chickens strips could’ve been cooked a bit more, the crust was soggy and falling off the chicken. My husband got food poisoning from the salad he ate there.

Drive thru. *ordered spicy chicken deluxe and kids meal with roasted bbq sauce. The order was wrong. Time was good. Staff is a little rude for it to be chik fil A. Staff passing out the food seems a little lost.
