I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The food was absolutely incredible. I fell in love with the parmigiana—rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. The Neapolitan-style pizza was everything you hope for: light, flavorful, and beautifully crafted. And the gnocchi… simply unforgettable—soft, delicate, and full of flavor.
What truly made the evening special, though, was the service. Stefano, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and attention made us feel right at home, like we were sharing a meal with family. It genuinely felt like bringing a little piece of Italy to Scottsdale.
Amazing food, exceptional service, and a memorable atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back—no doubt about it.

Perfect Sunday family lunch at Pomo! Came with my vegetarian wife and toddler — everyone was happy.
Started with the Italian Bread, then our little one crushed a cheese pizza with OJ (that Neapolitan crust is impossibly soft and melts in your mouth!). Wife loved the Nerano, I had the Burratella — sweet, spicy, creamy perfection. Washed it down with a Falanghina white wine.
David was a fantastic server — mention this review for extra smiles!

Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana truly delivered one of the most authentic pizza experiences I’ve had. Everything we ordered was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We started with the Fritto Misto — chula seafood squid and shrimp lightly fried and served with bell pepper aioli — and it was absolutely perfect. Light, crispy, and full of flavor.
For our main, we ordered the Pizza Napoletana Margherita (veg) with tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, parmigiano, and basil. It was absolute perfection — simple, fresh, and done exactly right. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite.
For dessert, we had the profiteroles: choux pastry filled with Luna’s vanilla gelato, topped with chocolate and crushed pistachio. While it was good, it didn’t quite stand out, and I wish I had chosen a different dessert.
Overall, the food was excellent, especially the pizza and appetizers, and I would definitely come back again.

Had a great dinner at Pomo pizza! Our server was super friendly and recommended us great options. We tried a few items from the fall menu, the Pers Spritz, pumpkin espresso martini, croquettes & chicken carrettiera. Best of both worlds, a great spot for an apple spritz and an espresso martini!

This place is my new favorite spot! My family and I went here this past Saturday night and we were all blown away by how great our pizzas were. The gluten free pizza was so heavenly I had to get another to go to take home. The gelato was amazing as well! Our server David was very attentive, nice, and detailed oriented. I felt safe eating here with my allergy to gluten because of him, and I was absolutely blown away by his service!

This was my first take-out experience and it was not good. My last two visits, we ate in, it was a little disorganized, and okay except the lasagna was overcooked but a good flavor. This time I placed the order online. I had questions about the menu, but no one answered the phone, though I tried three times in one hour. When I drove up to pick up the order, the parking lot sign says call and they’ll bring it out, I called, but that was not true, again, no one answers, so I went in. When I went in to pick up, left the car running, I told staff that and they said they were busy that’s why, not at all hearing me, and as if that fixes the problem. The greeter said go over there instead of taking me….By the time I got home, ten minutes later, my food was greasy and ice cold, there were no utensils, or parmesan, nothing. btw, one said welcome or thank you. I won’t be back. Considering the quality, I could buy frozen at the supermarket if I only want mediocre take out. Seems they need a strong manager’s presence to fix this, to oversee.

My company and I were in the Scottsdale area for a 3-day meeting at a local hotel and we were recommended to come to this restaurant by someone we met during the meeting.
We came here an hour before closing and were seated immediately. The host was very courteous and didn’t act like we were an inconvenience for coming right before closing time. Our server greeted us in a warm and friendly manner. She quickly reassured us to take our time with the menu and she was there to answer any questions.
We ordered a variety of food from the menu, including their ricotta appetizer, thin crust pizza, salmon pasta, and lasagna. Our entire team said the food was delicious and we were all disappointed with the fact that we couldn’t take leftovers back to the hotel since we were leaving the next morning. The ingredients seemed fresh and well-prepared AND the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We even ordered dessert at the end.
I would visit this location again and would recommend it for anyone visiting the Scottsdale area.

This place was incredible! Our server David was amazing, thoughtful and super attentive. The pizza was absolutely delicious, flavorful, nice and fluffy but still light so it doesn’t sit heavy. They have some tasty gelato as well! Would absolutely come again!
