Food is always been great!
Services has been horrible i got to restaurant at 5pm and still waited more than an hour. Table that we were told it was ours didnt get cleaned til we kept bugging them about our waiting time…. not satisfied as the service. Other than the food is great but did take long to get our order and get the food

Food is decent but the service could be better. The quesadillas were really dry and lacked flavor. Loved the cheesy fries and the dishes we ordered. It’s pricey for the quality!
PS- we picked up an online order yesterday and the service at that section was pathetic! I understand he might have been slammed but isn’t it a good thing? In this economy, u guys are busy. The guy was super rude when u asked him about payment with gift cards. My god, u don’t have to pass on your stress to your customers! Never going back !

We recently visited Chili’s, and unfortunately, the service was lackluster. We had to ask for refills on drinks, more chips, and even for our check. It’s a bit frustrating when you have to keep reminding the server for things that should be taken care of without asking.
The food, however, was up to the usual Chili’s standards. It’s always a bummer when the food is good but the service doesn’t match up. Hopefully, they can improve things next time! ✨

Our server Joyce was attentive, friendly and took great care of us. The food is always delicious. The triple dipper is always what I order with the big mouth bites, southwest egg rolls and boneless wings. Yum!!!

Had a terrible customer encounter with the waiter at the bar area of the restaurant. No, I was not drinking nor intoxicated. White male red hair dirty company shirt was extremely rude and has terrible listening skills. This happened Feb 27th at approximately 1020pm. I was so concerned I told him to not take my order because I was afraid he would do something to my meal. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. A dirty blonde white female stated she was the manager. She must be in a relationship with that waiter because she mocked me and was not taking my complaint serious. This is the world we living in now. Bad experiences is becoming the norm.

We frequent this Chili’s often, and Jake is hands down the best server we’ve ever had here. Every time he takes care of us, the experience is noticeably better. He’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down.
The food is always solid, but Jake is truly the best part of our visits. He remembers us, checks in at the right times, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. If you’re dining at this Chili’s, ask for Jake—you won’t be disappointed!

We have been visiting this location for many years. The food is fine, staff is generally pleasant. The reason I’m finally leaving a review is because of Kennedy, our most recent server. She is amazing. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday and Kennedy went above and beyond to make it a great experience.

Consistently excellent. 3-for-Me is God’s Gift to those who can’t always pay for exorbitant food pricing elsewhere. Family friendly. Nashville Crispers are delish. Chips and salsa are sneaky addictive.
