Not sure why the rating has a 3.8… I didn’t have to wait but 3 minutes for my order. The food was fresh, hot and the best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had from any other Arby’s. The cashier was very friendly. We went around 4pm Aug 24th. If we ever pass back through, we will definitely stop again!

Cashier refused to honor their advertised deal (2 for 7 for a beef and cheddar) because I requested the sandwich without sauce… okay I just left. My kids are objectively weird and don’t like sauce on their sandwiches, neither does their dad. This is a request I have NEVER had a fast food restaurant decline before…adding things yes…. removing things while still paying advertised price no.
