This was my second time at Waffle House and I have to say I had a great time.
Tanis served us and was super kind and friendly; I felt very welcome. ❤️
The food was great, the hashbrown were the best I’ve ever had, the hot chocolate, biscuits, waffles, everything was very well made and delicious.

If you are a white person you should be able to get adequate service. However if you are black or brown prepare for lack luster service. I have been here multiple times and it’s always slow and unorganized. And when you ask about your order they are always confused. They have to follow up multiple times. Worst Waffle House experience today. Will not be returning

Smelled strongly of bleach and music was very loud.
It is good that this location has plenty of free parking even though it’s a busy part of Roswell Rd.

Friday afternoon around 1pm I went with my family to get lunch at Waffle House and shortly after we sat down the district manager, “J” decided to clean out a refrigerator with strong smelling bleach, and I couldn’t even breathe. It was so strong.

I’m surprised they choose to do this during peak hours right next to customers- I think it would be more appropriate to ask customers before doing a project like that…

I’ve also noticed that multiple locations in this area have the music very loud and it can be hard to even carry on a discussion. I’ve stopped going to other close by locations for this issue too. When a 5 year old thinks the music is loud….you know it’s excessive.

The one great thing about every waffle house that I go to is always the customer service though. Our waiter, Derek was very nice and apologized for the bleach smell when we had to move.

It was my first time trying Waffle House, and I must say the food was great. It was very rich in flavor and moist. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a big fan of the fries. It’s a cozy, small place to definitely enjoy a nice meal with a friend or loved one 🙂

I placed an online order for an All-Star meal and came in to pick it up. The restaurant was busy, which I understand. The employee asked for my name and pointed to a bag on the counter. I briefly checked inside and noticed there was no syrup, plasticware, or butter, so l asked for those-assuming the waffle was at the bottom of the bag.
When I got all the way back to work, I realized the waffle was never included at all. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. When I returned, the same employee did not apologize for the mistake and instead had a condescending, sarcastic tone.
Mistakes happen, especially when it’s busy, but the lack of accountability and poor attitude is what made this experience frustrating. Customer service goes a long way, and this visit really missed the mark.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
This WH need to just get a new team, because they always messing up! I try to give them chances after chances but they can’t get it together. A few weeks ago the server Telecia(Tee) didn’t know how to charge cheese to the meal after I kept telling her to just add the $1. She was moving with no urgency and then sat on the stool and didn’t even put my order in but tried to after a server put a party of 8 order in.
Then I tried again today and they gave me the wrong food! Management need to reconsider the people they have working there because its always some! This is not a Texas cheesesteak with onions.

I understand that things happen but me and kids came in for about 20 minutes. Was seated and forgot about. People get busy but to seat a white family next to me and take their whole order before you take mine and I’ve been sitting there for longer is crazy. I didn’t even get asked about my drink. Several employees looked at my table but took the “don’t ask don’t tell” behavior. Not sure what’s up with that but that need not to ever happen again.

My girlfriend and I went in yesterday to this location and left before even putting in any food order. Our waitress waited over 10 minutes to come over and greet us, as she was too busy talking to a man at another table. We waited patiently for her to come and was never greeted by anybody. Another couple walked in and sat down and she greeted them. When she finally decided she wanted to make her way over to us, my girlfriend said, “excuse me, we’re ready to order” in a normal/polite tone, to which the toothless server responded, “I’m coming! I’m the only server here!” with the worst attitude you could imagine. Before I made the decision to get beside myself and figure out who this woman was speaking to, I decided to take my money, and my girlfriend, to the other waffle house up the street where we were immediately greeted with a warmer welcome, better service and even better looking food. Don’t bother spending your money here.

Child … when I say this the best Waffle House in GA I ever been too . I mean just that. The place was friendly , clean and always great service . I come from out of town just to visit when I’m in the area. Ms. Stacy is also a great employee, very observant and has amazing service . I would def come back!
