I don’t think they want anyone eating in the dining room here. I was there on Saturday January 3rd at 9:00am and it was freezing in there. I am not the kind of person who is cold often. I wear shorts 365. I wear shorts when I shovel snow. Unfortunately this is about the only place I can meet my fiancé for breakfast before she goes to work. The next time we have breakfast there I will be bringing a space heater.

8/3 I placed a mobile order at 6:34. I got home and started eating my burger to realize it was completely pink. I returned the burger to the store and let her know that I started eating the burger and it is raw and I’m pregnant. The employee stated “okay? Do you want a refund or something.” And later was told to try and get a refund through the app which I still have not received

Came and noticed the lobby needed clean. We order our food and went to sit down. Ever table we came to was dirty. So I cleaned our table. As we are eating a make employes comes by us and just stir out the window. Ok I can understand in your down time you want to relax. But you need to do your job. Clean the lobby and tables. Check your bathroom. If you have time to lean you have time to clean.

I’ve eaten at this Burger King lots of times and never had a bad experience before this. Today I went through the drive thru, got home, and ate most of my food just to find a dead fly in my french fries. And yes, I had already eaten some of the fries before I saw it – I am grossed out too. I called the restaurant to tell the manager only to be told “Ain’t no way you found a dead fly.” I offered to send him a picture and he hung up on me. Well, here are those photos I promised you! Absolutely terrible management to not believe a complaint about a literal health code violation.

ZERO STARS. Please avoid this location at any cost. The employees rude and disrespectful. So I ordered a Chicken Jr meal and I got a whopper jr meal. I am not supposed to eat beef. I went to the drive thru and asked for a replacement, the guy was starring at me in a weird manner. He asked me to come inside and guess what they locked the door, I was waiting for 10 mins and that guy was taking orders, another guy saw me came and gave my food. There was no apology from them. They were arguing with me as if it was my fault. The replacement chicken jr was cold and undercooked. I had to threw the whole food in the trash.

Update: Stopped in today. Food was fast and the Whopper looked like the picture. I know… That was amazing! – April 2018: I was really craving a Whopper and stopped for lunch. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful. I received my food in under 2 minutes and the sandwich was fresh and put together well. The fries were good, but sometimes you really just have to have a Whopper. The ketchup dispenser was out but they asked me if I wanted some when I received my food. The drink dispenser was out of a few flavors, but what do I care? There are tons of choices with those things and plenty that are good. No complaints from me. Thanks for a great lunch!

The morning manager is awesome—she does a great job. I used to dislike this location, but since it’s the only one nearby, I just stopped going. A few days ago, I decided to give it another try, and it was a great experience. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. I went back again this morning, and it was just as good. I really hope the new manager stays—she’s fantastic!
