Worst workers I’ve ever had to deal with. Disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. They couldn’t find my DoorDash order in their system. Made me wait over 20 minutes. 4 doordashers got their orders before me. When I finished speaking with the manager she went back to her workers and said I was being rude. All because she didn’t understand the name and order I was asking for. she seemed mad I had to repeat myself multiple times, yet she was the one misunderstanding. One of the workers yelled “I am not in the mood today we do not have to serve you food” all because they couldn’t find my order in their system. I also watched the workers throwing customers food into the bags not being careful with what someone is paying for. Extremely unprofessional. Good luck if you go here!

Sunday went to drive thru. Ordered a small Iced Vanilla Coffee. Receipt lists it as 1 small iced mocha with 2 caramel syrup. It looks like iced milk when handed to me. I parked went inside, not busy, they apologized and said no coffee in machine, really, but yet served it to me. See pics attached. Unbelievable. Plus their smoothie machine has been down for two weeks that I’m aware of. No repair or replacement. Ray Kroc is flipping in his grave.

Made me wait over 40 minutes for curbside pickup of two happy meals (a small ask for a order). This was also at 2pm on a Sunday and the place was barly busy. After 20 minutes of waiting I decided to walk in and stood by the register to see if I could get any assistance but for 20 more minutes of waiting nobody came up to help me. When the food eventually came it was cold.

Went there the other day through drive-thru. Person. Waited on me was decent. Pulled away. Headed on to my destination. Got a quarter pound of cheese meal a quarter. Pounder was absolutely cold. I got it plain. They’re supposed to be made to order. It was cold and I mean cold. The fries were mediocre. The only thing good was the diet Coke and I don’t see how you can mess that up. Unreal. You should be ashamed.

This is twice I’ve stopped at this location in Lakeland. The first time I didn’t circle back around for fresh fries, just threw them away. This time I circled around to let them know I have cold fries. She came back too quick and I had a brief fleeting thought she only put hot ones on top of cold, but tried to erase my pessimism—- to get to the light and dump them into my sandwich box to find that’s all she did. She added 20 hot fries to the top of the cold fries. I should have known when she rolled her eyes when I handed her my fries and said I needed new since they were cold. By the way I used to work at McDonalds and we were NEVER supposed to hand food out the window without a bag. Don’t go to this location.

Ordered a hamburger happy meal and a hamburger at 2:10 on the kiosk in the dining room. And of course no receipt. It’s now 2:39 and still no food. Go to the counter and 4 other patrons are waiting for their food one of which had been waiting before I came in. He was trying to get a managers attention but every one of the workers were ignoring us (all 8 of the employees) so I yelled back , is their a manager back there, one girl said she was and I told her we , me and the other guy, wanted a refund. Cause we had been waiting 30 mins . She ignored me . Someone else came up claiming g she was a manager ,asked for my receipt told her I didn’t have one I ordered at the kiosk but my number was 42 and told her what I ordered and I just wanted my money back. She told me cause I got loud with her., yelling g back asking for a manager she wasnt gonna help me till I apologized. Then she helped every other person waiting and them went back to the kitchen . I yelled hey just give me damn money back so I can leave and get my grandson somerh8ng to eat. Told me she called the cops , and finally refunded something cause it wasn’t my order , and gave me most of my money back and told me not to come back .
Most definitely will never go back to this location . Workers are rude and lazy . They don’t deserve to even ask for a pay raise. !!!
The lady that told me she was a manager wouldn’t tell me her name but she had the name Lonnie on her bib apron she had on.
My daughter was on the phone with me at the time and was like what the hell is going on. As their woman was cussing at me and calling me stupid and racist I called corporate already but I’m sure I won’t get a response from them

Just found out the girl ,Lonnie, thant said she was a manager , infact was not . So ,I’m assuming the first person that came up was the actual manager and didn’t wanna do her job so she sent an employee up to pose as a manager

Just did a mobile order. Drive thru wait wasn’t long and the girls working the drive thru were great. The what I’m assuming is a manager or shift lead or whatever was having such an attitude with her workers. The two girls in the pick up window were just trying to do their job. It sounded like she told them to do one thing and then changed her mind and gave a massive attitude when the second girl working wasn’t sure what she needed to do. Maybe the manager needs to learn how to delegate tasks better.

This location is horrible. Closest one to my house, but I’d rather drive a little further to clubhouse & 98. Every time i come to this location especially after dark, the food is old and stale.Barely even warm. Placed my order a few minutes after 10pm.. placing the order was a little difficult. Speaker issues.. (no biggie). Pull up to the first window, staff was blasting AKBAR, Youngboy Never BROKE AGAIN (Rap).. could hear young man in back singing with song. Very unprofessional, but still no biggie. But then to give me stale , cold food . Who is managing at night ? Why is this location still opened ? Open till 12am, but serving yesterday’s trash. Highly disappointed in my food .

Upon arrival ordering at the speaker lady asked using the app? You say yes and she won’t take the code then get to the window and try to use it and she says can’t use it???? Why did she ask if we were going to use it. Very rude raggedy Ann. This is the worst McDonald’s in Lakeland. Always something wrong. Foods stale, employees suck , shut it down and put a shake shack up!
