I completely enjoyed my visit.
Starting off we had excellent service, our server Samuel made sure everything was perfect for my family and I. Multiple tables came at the same time, it seems like he was the only server working but he killed it!.
Food was awesome.
Affordable prices.
Great music.

Horrible experience. Nobody was at the host stand to greet customers, so a bunch of different parties started piling up and waiting. Took about 10 minutes for someone to help. An employee was standing near the host stand but wouldn’t help anyone because he was off the clock apparently.
It took forever to just order food and drinks. The food is mediocre, I guess that’s what you get with a chain. Sausage gravy came in a plastic cup and tasted like flour and water mixed together, absolutely gross.
This place used to be decent, but our last few visits have been truly terrible.

I arrived between 10:30-11 am. The restaurant was relatively empty, with only 5 tables occupied. No one was at the front to greet and seat guests. I walked towards the entrance of the dining area and looked. No one approached. I could see staff at various corners of the restaurant on phones, and in/out of kitchen. I looked for a ‘Please wait to be seated’ sign. I didn’t see one. I sat myself.

When the waitress arrived (server 0008927 Lisvevelisse), I asked for a menu, and she asked if I had been seated by someone. I told her no, and she told me that “they” seat people. I explained that no one was at the front or came to seat me. She chastised me like a child, “I understand the situation, but usually, we seat you.” Argumentative and unnecessary. In light of the fact that NOBODY was seating customers, the appropriate response from her should have been, “I’m sorry that no one acknowledged/seated you. What can I get you?”

I waited for about 10 minutes on an orange juice. I ordered spicey poblano eggs benedict. It was advertised with “Poblano Hollandaise,” which is not hollandaise, but a tablespoon of some watery pepper-sauce. I waited for the waitress, but she never appeared, so I walked to the closest waitstaff and asked if I could buy a side of regular hollandaise. He said that he would just bring me some, then grabbed a side from the kitchen.
About 10 minutes later, my waitress arrived back with more defensive posturing, “was there something wrong with your food?” I said no, and again, had to explain myself for an already resolved request. She even cut me off to be defensive again, and I had to stop her.

I was hungry, so I finished the food that I was paying for, but aside from the hashbrowns, it was pretty bad. My eggs weren’t poached – they were solid. They looked like microwavable pre-packed egg cups that you would see in a fast food restaurant, yolk cooked through. I couldn’t cut through the english muffin easily, even with a knife. I guess this is why I typically go to Real, local breakfast spots.

Altogether, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I tip starting at 20% regardless of how terrible the experience is. I have to be honest, though; I resented it. The waitress didn’t seem too interested in earning tips – just put out.

Horrible! First stop we’re the rest rooms. Ladies room had dirty dried muddy floors with toilet paper and paper towels on floor and sinks. Urine on seats.
We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast which arrived cold. Pancakes were crunchy on the top. Butter wouldn’t melt.
The whole restaurant was cold until we complained about that. Waiter just smiled and nodded when we let him know that we wouldn’t be back like he had heard it all before. He did take a small percentage off of the bill. There are many other great breakfast places within 1.5 miles of there that we will go to intead.

Stopped in at 130pm on a Friday. Only saw a couple tables with customers. Plenty of staff in the dining room. Stood at the entrance counter to be seated. One server looked at us but ignored us. I am sure while I waited there, others looked at us. No one came over to talk to us or seat us. I have never walked out of a restaurant bu after waiting 5 minutes I left to go to another restaurant we saw across the parking lot. Very disappointed, it wasn’t as if they were so busy. They just chose to ignore us. Too bad, it was out second time here and we were really looking forward to their food.

Worker walked by me 5 times before even talking to me, I waited like 30 minutes until I got my food with items still missing. The girl just genuinely didn’t want to work

Way overpriced! I was wondering why place is always empty. $50 for my daughter and I to eat breakfast!!!! You used to be able to go in and get breakfast for two for under $10!!!!! Paid $50 for each of us to have two small eggs two strips of transparent bacon two mini sausage links a half a piece of translucent ham a half of a shredded over cooked potatoes and 4 small pancakes. Total cost for IHOP $2 or less!!
I can go to a local diner and get three times as much food for 10 each for a total of $20 plus a tip so $30 max. IHOP isn’t going to survive ripping people off like this.

Tell gentlemen here for pick up he walks away and I wait another 15m 35m for an order that said ready 11:57am. They forgot to make it. Very disappointed. Meal for elderly neighbor who cant get out for food.

Went there a couple months and it was not good, food and service. I figured I’d give it another chance thinking it was just a bad day but it was just as bad! And the $6 menu you advertised is limited not as it seems
