Used to love this place, but lately the food has not been great. Today our wings were cold and dry, didn’t get any veggies, and it took forever for the food. It wasn’t even that busy. Even worse were the super loud screeching noises of the chairs dragging on that floor like nails on a chalkboard.

Maaan, me and my Dad’s went to watch game and the weather was nice so we sat outside. While sitting outside , these “folks” came outside with a dog! No big deal you would think, but these “folks” allowed their damn dog to lay on the tables that people eat at. And the crazy thing was that NO ONE said anything to them about it, like it’s a normal thing to do. Freaking disgusting, dog had it’s azz on the table. So it’s anus was all on the table, plus hair and drool. *People ” take this pet stuff too seriously smh stay at home with your dog and watch the game!!! Ant shame on the restaurant for not addressing it, totally unsanitary!!!

I ordered a 10-piece boneless with two different flavors — one spicy and one not — because the meal was for two people. When I opened the box in the parking lot, both flavors were dumped together on one side. The box literally has a divider, and they still ignored it. That’s not a simple mistake — that’s straight-up incompetence and zero attention to detail.
They also gave me one ranch for 10 wings and celery. One. How are two people supposed to split mixed-together wings and a single dip?
I didn’t even bother going back in to have them fix it because they’d probably just mess it up again — and honestly, I’m not risking someone touching or tampering with my food. This location is consistently careless, lazy, and has zero quality control. It shouldn’t be this hard to follow basic instructions.
