I placed an online order and received an email confirmation saying my food was ready. When I arrived, my order wasn’t on the pick-up shelf despite the confirmation. A man asked for my name and told me my food would be right out. I patiently waited near the shelf for about 8 minutes.

Another employee came from the back with two bags, she gave one to another customer and then looked at me, instead of just asking my name politely, she asked with attitude, “What’s the name?” After I gave my name, the first man asked to see my confirmation, which I showed, and then he handed me the bag.

I asked for her name, and he said it was Jenni. I mentioned that her attitude was unnecessary. His response was, “It’s because you’re not supposed to be standing by the door, that’s why she’s mad.” First of all, that is absolutely not a reason to give a paying customer attitude. Secondly, there was no sign posted saying not to stand near the door, and the pick-up shelf is literally right next to it. I was waiting for food that should have already been ready.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Employees rolling their eyes, giving attitude, and excusing it with flimsy reasons shows a complete lack of professionalism. If Jenni cannot interact with customers respectfully, she should not be in a customer-facing job. And if the man was the manager (as I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews), that’s even more concerning, because managers should set the example, not excuse poor behavior.

Chipotle needs to do better in hiring and training staff who understand the basics of customer service and respect.

I’m really done with Chipotle. Honestly, how hard is it to get a single order correct? I’m not even gonna talk about my previous experiences because they were also wrong. This was the most basic, simplest order to make and a they still managed to screw it up. I ordered it through my app and picked it up. Guess that’s my fault for trusting people still knew how to read and follow directions. I had asked for the tomatillo salsa, instead they smothered it with tomatoes and onions which i cannot eat. Thanks Chipotle, now after having to scrap of the entire top part of my bowl, I was left with dry chicken, rice and beans. Get it together already and stop being so pathetic.

This location is always clean and the staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. The lady at the front made me a fantastic taco today. I’m tired of the prices creeping up though, especially on Uber eats. $4 guac is crazy. I really just don’t eat at Chipotle that often anymore.

Customer service is ok sometimes but how they just put the food together as if presentation does not matter but the bigger problem is how a bowl 18 dollars because you want to see the meat in your bowl if the bowl is not meant to be filled up with the things you request then there should be different sizes, small medium, and large

First I want to go over the food part. The rice is always under cooked. This store has recently begun to chop their protein down to tiny pieces instead of the standard cube styles shaped pieces that all other chipotle stores serve. They are constantly out of their proteins. They do not keep a back up coming.
Second this is not a prison line chow line why do the employes have no personality? They are very unfriendly they don’t even smile. That on top of the fact that they don’t speak English and get upset because they don’t understand what someone is saying to them in English.
Third and most awkward for me is that every time I walk in here which is at least 2 times per week. I notice that the entire front line is all females that don’t speak English working but the then towards the end of the line standing next to the cashier doing absolutely nothing there is always a male manager just standing there doing nothing but staring at these females. If I worked here under those conditions, you could bet I would be on the phone to HR ASAP! Very Weird . Dude also talks to customers the same way.

Fourth time going to this chipotle, and today was by far my worst experience with them first of all the workers didn’t really seem like they cared. They didn’t even give me much protein. Most of my food was rice and on top of it the rice was still raw and hard. It’s a hit or miss here honestly but the fact that they didn’t care about giving me more protein and wanting to charge me more disappoints me. I hope whoever goes here has a better experience than I did today.
