I came to eat at this location. Food was great Poorboy+. It was busy on a Sunday around 11:30. My experience was wonderful. I don’t live here but grew up on Bill Millers BBQ. What I observed was a very high functioning staff in fast place environment working exceptionally well together. I would highly recommend this location and I would like to thank them for the way they treat people and say thank you and yes and please and it was just a great experience!

We love stopping by this Bill Miller’s for the Chicken Strip Family Meal — it’s consistently fantastic! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and they’re always generous with the portions. The fries are hot and perfectly seasoned, and don’t even get me started on the gravy — it’s a must-have. The team here is always courteous, quick, and efficient, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great food, great service, and a great value. Definitely one of our go-to spots for a quick and satisfying family meal!

Good family visit. Overall an excellent value for the meals. The meals were good sized with clear and tasty sides. Nothing over the top but a good experience in all categories. Bonus for cleanliness and fixing bar stocking. Always a good go to.

I don’t normally order from this location but was in the area so gave it a shot. Last time I will order here. I placed the order on the app and when I got there to pick it up the lady that gave me the order was so rude. I got in the car and checked the order and it was wrong they did not include a taco I ordered. When I went back in she said I didn’t pay for it so I had to go out to get the receipt to show her I did. Then she said we don’t make what I ordered, which doesn’t make sense since I ordered it on the app. Then she tells the manger or whoever it is next to her it’s door dash which I am not door dash which I tell her. We spent over $40 and with all the time this lady took by the time I got home with the food it’s all cold. The bacon was not even cooked so I had to put it in the microwave. Terrible customer service wish I would have got the lady’s name. I’ll stick with the Bill Miller on 3009.

i come to the location at least once a week and the past 3 times my order has been messed up. I usually get a number three with the extra large fry the past couple times that have been charging me for the large fry and I have not Gotten that large fry any of the times. I called and spoke to a manager gave my receipt number, my name and my number and told me that I will have a credit the next time I go so fast-forward to the next week I go to get my credit and they charge me for the large fry and i still don’t get it. OK no big deal. I’ll just get it next time I go , today I go to get my credit for my large fry and nobody knows what I’m talking about. I got three different employees questioning me about the large fry telling me that I don’t see my name and it’s not coming up. I called right after my order was messed up this place seriously needs some better communication

Came for lunch with my granddaughter as she loves their fried chicken and lemon meringue pie. Bill Miller’s has consistently good food at reasonable prices. I think their pies are the best and definitely buy them at holiday time. Yesterday did not disappoint ☺️. She had a fried chicken sandwich and fries and I had the brisket plate. I absolutely love their coleslaw and marinated onions… bonus is they’re both low in calories and delicious.

The 1604 and O’Connor location is the cleanest and best run in the City. Try the temp menu item.. Chicken Fried Steak while it lasts. You won’t regret it.

Usually I don’t complain….I’m not sure if it’s just this location.
Seriously disappointed with bill miller’s.
The food just continues to go downhill.
Had an order of chicken strips and those were bland as well.
Quality has seriously gone down.
I understand the economy and maybe the Quality would suffer but…I barely had a chopped bun. It should’ve been called a pickle bun.
I used to love you guys…..maybe close down a location or 2 and focus on getting the Quality back.
“IF” you can get the Quality back.

We ordered 3 poor boys,3 fries,1 soup,2 gravy samples,3 bbq samples,and 5 bags of pickles/onions. They handed us 1 bag with gravy smeared on it,so i asked for napkins to clean it up,since they weren’t in the bag.Nor were the gravies,1 of the bbq sauces,3 pickle bags, crackers for the soup, and an order of fries. Why they’d stuff everything into one bag,I don’t know, but to hand it to us with gravy on it?Although I did ask for a gravy sample.I just thought that it would be in the bag instead of on it. David, the manager refused to replace the order, offered 1 poor boy w 1 fry,but I personally can’t eat their fries w/o gravy. And the poor boys don’t come with pickles,which was why we asked for the extras.And yes it does ruin my dinner when those ‘little’ extras aren’t in the order.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal with a side of pumpkin pie with whipped cream. I got two full tenders and a half. I also asked for pickle and onions which the pack had one onion. Do better, because this is tragic.
