I placed my order at the drive thru and was told my order would take 5 minutes and to pull up. When I pulled up front, I noticed at least 2 employees come outside for a smoke break. Only one set of customers was in the lobby. We waited about 10 minutes and finally my husband went inside to get our food. No sauce packets were included even though they asked what we wanted. Once home we realized that our boxes were not the same even though we ordered the same thing. No napkins were included either. I will probably not be going back to this location. If they would have been busy and this happened, I would have understood. But the location was empty besides the couple in the lobby who had gone well before we went inside to get our food. The are did smell like marijuana also, but that could have been from some of the surrounding buildings.

Hands down, my favorite Taco Bell. These guys are awesome. Staff is on point, always! Food is always perfect. Never a single complaint. I travel a lot for work and I’ve eaten at a lot of Taco Bells. None compare, not saying the others are bad, but this particular Taco Bell made me want to leave a review, and they definitely deserved the 5 stars.

Started off great. I joked with the person that took my order about her Halloween costume. She was pleasant. Then the crew member gave attitude when I politely pointed out that I ordered extra sour cream. I was really as polite as possible because I’ve worked in the industry for several years. It took waaay to long for her add sour cream and it was messy! I could tell she was talking about me because the guy behind her kept glancing over his shoulder at me while she did whatever. Almost like a lookout to make sure I couldn’t see what she was doing to my food. Of course, paranoid or no, I did not eat it! Never going to Taco Bell in Kernersville again!!

One of my fav places for a quick bite. Always good at this location. Customer service is good as well. Today I decided to try the Chicken Cantina Tacos. They come with a avocado salsa. I got the meal through the app so it came with a side, I choose the nachos and cheese which is always my favorite. As you can see in my pictures how fresh the tacos are. The chicken has really good flavor. all of it tastes very good together and fresh. I enjoy this location (Kernersville, NC ) as I am never disappointed in their food and service.

11/17/2025 evening after 10:00 pm this is the 3 rd time the women with the eye glasses she is very rude and disrespectful specially if you work with uber or doordash I asked her to fixed the bag becuse it is not sealed well she took the bag aggressive and almost threw to me and I left with peaceful but aging she did this day also ,pls check you workers she is the only one I saw others very nice.

Thursday, 8/28/25 around 9pm. This is the best taco bell order I’ve ever had. All of my food was hot, fresh, and made exactly right. Service in the drive thru was friendly and quick. I really want to thank whoever made my chalupa because it was so good!

I normally wouldn’t go out of my way to do this but I have to today. I went inside the store and ordered my food on the screen rather than going to the counter. I ordered three items, Grilled cheese burrito, Chile verde fries, and the new enchilada thing they have. I changed the beef in the burrito to chicken and added sour cream, this item was around $7 by itself. The item I received was far from what I ordered. As well as the enchilada. I asked for no onion as I’m mildly allergic to onions. I’m going to start with the burrito
Instead of the grilled cheese burrito with chicken and extra sour cream I got a very small chicken burrito with rice and chipotle sauce, absolutely NOT what I ordered.
The nacho fries were vastly undercooked and some still frozen,
The enchilada came with onions after requesting no onion and I’m glad I noticed before I ate it. I have NEVER had this level of disappointment from this location ever, before they closed they were 8/10 on food quality. Today I would say 4.7/10 and this rating factors in the customer service as well. When my name was called for me to pick up my order I asked for a large cup as that was also a part of my purchase and the lady at the counter rudely asked “What cup?”
It was a very unpleasant experience and I hope it improves as this is usually one of the better Taco Bell locations in my opinion before today of course.
I didn’t go back to the store to complain as I was back at my office when I noticed all the wrong placements. And really just a waste of time to complain to a manager who likely won’t do anything to change things as this is the normal for most fast food restaurants.
