I placed my order online for pick up and I think they forgot about me in the drive thru pick up lane because I waited for 20 minutes while the lobby was closed so i had to come up to the window to remind them and then i got informed that they also forgot what i ordered so i ended up just leaving without my food because i was told it was going to be a long time to get what i wanted and i just got off work and wanted some food. The person I spoke to was very nice but i don’t think whoever was in charge of that shift knew what they were doing.

Knowing they take forever to get our order ready, I placed it online and the pickup time allotted was 3:46pm to 3:51pm. So I left at 3:50pm. Waited in drive-thru patiently until it was our turn at 4:15pm. It’s not ready. It’s not even in the oven yet. That’s insane wait times. It’s currently 4:26pm and I’m waiting for them to remember they had us pull into a pick up spot. If you want pizza here, make sure to give yourself at least an hour for picking up.

This is the Little Caesars closest to my house, and I believe it’s the worst one I’ve ever experienced. They never have hot and ready is actually ready, especially in that window of 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., which is pretty much promised by the corporate brand. Little Caesars is positioned as a fast food establishment within the pizza world, and this one isn’t fast, and they are never ready for the rush. You guys might want to start marking down all the sales that walk out the door, because you need to have that amount of pizzas already ready. Get it together, not that I’ll know cuz I ain’t going back.

Today was the final straw they were busy, so I get why I needed to wait, so I did something better than just the little hot and ready bottom of the barrel food anyway. I asked how long, and I was told 10 minutes, so I went back to my car and waited. I was even tied up my my phone, so I took 20 minutes. But, when I got back inside the store, they forgot about my order, and didn’t even start it. The manager gave me a receipt that voided my credit card order, but she didn’t even apologize or any type of acknowledgment. Super rude.

I will be contacting corporate. I am one of those people that view time more valuable than money, are you guys still need to compensate me for the nearly half hour I wasted, by your own directives by the way.

I hope this location closes.

The gentleman with the black curly hair at the counter was very polite, however it was only two people working which made them move slow. There was another young lady that was working , but she walked out the door and left the two employees working, acting like she had an attitude. My pizza was fresh and hot, but it just started falling apart when I picked up a slice but other than that Young lady means better customer etiquette.

I had a very frustrating experience at this location today. I initially waited in the drive-thru line for about five minutes, but the speaker was not working. I then called the store to place an order and remain in my car. The employee I spoke with informed me that cheese pizzas were available and said there was no need to place an order, instructing me to come inside to pick one up.

I exited the drive-thru line as instructed, only to find that the store door was locked. I called the store again but was unable to reach a team member. I then got back into the drive-thru line and waited an additional eight minutes before reaching the speaker.

When I attempted to place an order for a cheese pizza again, I was told that no cheese pizzas were available. This was especially frustrating as it was raining, cold outside, and I had my children with me. After waiting and following staff instructions, I was ultimately left with no food.

At no point did any team member apologize for the inconvenience. This is a location I order from very often, so I was extremely disappointed and saddened by the level of service I received during this visit. Better communication, accurate information, and basic customer courtesy would have made a significant difference.

I had to write this review before leaving the parking lot. The guy that served me was very friendly, fast, and efficient. I checked my pizza before leaving out and liked what I saw. It was actually hot and not just ready. I told him I had a bad experience just last night about the pizza being lukewarm and old but told him it was not this location. He still apologized for my experience although it was not his location. Will be switching locations! And the prices are a bit cheaper! Thank you!

The morning staff is great everything is always good before 5 o clock them night workers do not like that job straight attitude and just all out rude they don’t do anything besides hot n ready a after 8pm unless you order online (which wasn’t a option for me because I had cash) but this happens every time I try to give them a chance it’s a worst experience each time I’m over it I just won’t come to this location anymore if that’s how they allow their employees to treat customers

I’m not sure what has happened to this location, BUT it has went down tremendously.
First we received the wrong order twice, the next order literally tasted like dry cardboard, and today Saturday Dec 6th, 25, we arrived to pick up our online order and the doors are locked.
They didn’t even have enough courtesy to put a sign on the door to say drive thru only.

You want a crappy box of pizza this is the place. I stopped going to this location years ago because the recipe changed somehow. It’s never fresh and is always loaded with extra butter garlic parmesan sauce that I never order to put on my pizza. Not sure if the owner of this location is trying to save money or if the people are just lazy, but the pizza is ALWAYS A BIG SLOP of a mess. I always go to a location outside of Lincoln Park because other locations have stuck with the freshness and the original recipe. Tried this location recently the other day thinking after years of not going they finally got their act back on track, but boy was I wrong. Never again! If you don’t want freshness or the original recipe this is the location for you. If not go elsewhere…let this be your sign to stop investing your hard earned money on SLOP!
