Went for some beers with a friend whom I was visiting in Bay City. Nice place and they have a good selection of beers on tap. The young, friendly waiter also brought some samples of the ciders for us to try before committing to one. They also have complimentary popcorn which is crazy delicious!

Wow, this was pretty awesome tonight. Came in on a Tuesday and they had 1/2 off flights, the choices of beer were outstanding allowing me to sample several new brews. Despite recommendations for burgers and flatbreads, the Hibachi Bowl caught my eye. It came out quickly and was absolutely fantastic, one of the best dishes I’ve had traveling around lately. On top of that, place was clean and the people friendly. I don’t get up to Bay City often, but I will be back here for sure!

The three of us ordered 2 smash burgers and and a chicken Alfredo. 1 pop and 1 beer. We ordered an onion ring app. Total came to $82
They offer popcorn as a free app, but we didn’t get ours until we were finished with our meal. Our waitress kept telling us she was going to get us a basket while every other table was getting one, but it didn’t come until we were full.
We were seated very quickly, but didn’t see our waitress for a while. The food took a really long time to get to us. It was hot and the French fries were really good. The burger was meh. Pretty dry.
They offer a mug club, but why buy when your sitting there for such a long time not getting served.
We probably won’t be returning.

We went to Bay city for some work and I found this place because they had Gluten Free options for my husband. Their GF flat bread was good, good fries and the burger was ok, not like I wanted it but it was tasty. They do have options for vegetarians.
I would come back to try more things.

Best food ever. They do it best. And don’t get me started with my waitress, Vanessa, she was so friendly and kind and made my worse day into a better day. She recommended the boneless buffalo wings and let me tell you they were so fire . Definitely coming back soon so Tavern be ready.

We stopped in for a quick bite during happy hour. They had a special on flatbread. Unfortunately they refused to honor it even though all their table signs said 5 pm. As you can see from the pictures it was a little after 4 pm. Talk about false advertising. I’ll be avoiding them in the future.
8/10 – Feel free to check my bill, you DID NOT discount them at half off, I was charged the full price!. You should also update all the table cards (Picture attached) it clearly states 1/2 off on Wednesday. No changing my review to 1*
