Took forever to get my food, food was cold, lettuce smelled bad and was old and wilted. Staff is rude and uncaring. Look at the summery, look at the reviews everybody says the same thing. I ain’t eat here anymore, too many other places.

One of the rudest managers ive met in a while. We arrived at 845 amd were immediately yelled at by the manager on duty that they close in 10 minutes we considered leaving but they were still taking door dash orders so we ordered promptly amd as politely as possible because we all understand those last minute customers are a pain but upon checking their door and website it states they close at 10. I wish I could say this was just a bad day for the manager but its not the first time ive encountered the attitude here but it will definitely be the last. After 2 visits its apparent this is just how this establishment is run. Cranky managers that don’t appreciate customers, my apologies we wont bother you again. You can see the current time (upon leaving) and the actual closing time on the image.

Fast food really, really slow
The back of a crew members T-shirt read “there is nothing happy about this meal” that was quite an understatement.
Lots of people waiting inside and at the drive through at 2:20PM. They appeared to be fully staffed.
Where’s the beef? I was told the grill was down- no beef products today. The soda machine was down too. Overhead lights flashing, does anything work here?
20 mi. Later I may be taking a real risk at consuming the spicy chicken I ordered.

It was still too early to settle in for the night at the Cracker Barrel next door. I travel in an RV and often rely on Cracker Barrel for overnight parking. It is a dependable option, but this time I had arrived ahead of schedule. Rather than loiter in the lot, I decided to drive over here for a cheeseburger and a chance to connect to wifi.
The dining area was mostly clean. A few tables could have used a quick wipe, but there was no visible trash or mess. Unfortunately, the only electrical outlet in the room was positioned far from any seating. That made it impossible to plug in without awkwardly hovering nearby. The wifi was also disappointingly slow, barely usable for anything beyond checking email. The background music was a religious talk station on XM, which I suspect is chosen to discourage lingering. I managed to tune it out with my earbuds, but it added to the sense that guests are not expected to stay long.
On the bright side, the burger came out quickly and the modifications I requested through the app were followed exactly. I appreciated that attention to detail. I stayed for about an hour without interruption. No one rushed me, and the staff kept to themselves. It was not a perfect stop, but it served its purpose. I got a hot meal, a quiet table, and a brief pause before heading back to the RV for the night.

They had a bunch of doordash orders stacked up when I was there, seemed to struggle getting them organized. Glad I wasn’t here to pick them up. Need to work on spotted and organization. Seemed like it took forever to get my double combo. At least my fries were hot.

this place is horribly run. went here to get a quick meal for me and my toddler and left with cold meals. woman at the drive through (pink hair??) had a horrible attitude. we ordered the crispy chicken blt but got no bacon and a sad piece of soggy chicken. my burger was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt and the meat was dry. this place should no longer be in business.
