Ordered a medium pizza and chicken alfredo. I paid $8+ dollars for this crappy burnt bowl that has barely anything in it. I CAN SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL AND I HAVEN’T EVEN TOUCHED IT.

The amount of toppings on pizza went down to ridiculously low levels comparing to Domino’s advertising while prices are continuously rising.
Very disappointing and shameful for a GIANT like Domino’s to go down to such low standards!
I am pretty sure Domino’s would not go out of business If they would put the same amount of toppings on their pizza as they advertise!
Once, recently, they forgot to bring one of the pizzas I ordered. I called and let them know and they quickly sent someone to my house to bring a replacement, which I very much appreciated. I think they’re willing to try to make things right when they go wrong, but they go wrong more than they should.
I think Domino’s could benefit from some extra quality control checks before food goes out the door.
There was a kid named Orrin working tonight and I’ve never received such AWFUL customer service before in my life and I’ve been on this earth for almost 3 decades now. I was notified my order was delivered at around 6pm after the driver “was pulling up” at 5:45(notified via text).
So I simply call the store after it says “delivered” to see where they delivered it(my address is commonly hard to find so I understand it happens, I wasn’t even upset about it until speaking with this kid) so he states that it says delivered.. so I communicate that it wasn’t delivered to my address, is it ask if there is a way to contact the driver to see where she delivered it or if she needs help finding my address. The dude is SO rude and says “I have no was to contact her so what do you want me to do?”
Well bro.. I just want my food so I ask “how long would it take to deliver a new order?” He says well once she gets back at least 30 more minutes.. so it’d take over 3 hours to get my two medium pizzas and breadsticks all while living less than 5-6 mins away..
So I ask to pick it up and he acted like I was the issue all because I asked to pick it up instead(I have to hangry toddlers attacking me at this point).
I did pick it up but he was a complete jerk! If he still works at this store after this interaction I will never be ordering from here again. What a complete jerk all over a simple miscommunication.
Also my pizzas look like garbage and they couldn’t even put cheese on the entire thing. I ended up getting both orders since she still delivered it somehow.. so it was completely on this Orrin guy. If he simply contacted his driver all of this would’ve been avoided. Smdh.
