They took literally 18 min to get thru 3 cars and then messed up my order. This is literally only the 2nd time I’ve been to this one and it was the exact same thing. Not even rush hour. Like 10 pm. Seriously plus this taco thing was smashed and completely stuck to the paper. Threw it away .. wasn’t worth trying to pull all the pieces of paper off. Super disappointed

I placed an order for in-lobby pick up. I went in at 7:45pm to get order, time it was ordered for and it was marked as ready. They refused to give it to me and said lobby was closed. There was a sign on door saying closed. Facing INWARD, not outward. I waited exactly 30 min in a line of cars only for them to refuse to remake my now cold food from 30 min beforehand. It wasn’t even a large order. Simply asking to remake the food was not a large request. I even asked that at the drive thru menu board. They told me to pull forward and THEN refused at the window. Stating there’s nothing wrong with it. Food that was ready 30 minutes ago and they wouldn’t simply hand me at that time, inside. I left without money refunded and without my food. will be contacting corporate.
