I LOVE this Wendy’s. I generally come through the drive-thru, after I get off of work, between 12:45 pm and 3:00 pm.

They have an AWESOME drive-thru team! Tim is the older gentleman who takes orders. He is so polite, sweet, and personable. There is a young Hispanic man who also takes orders, takes money, and hands out food. He is always so sweet and friendly too. His bright smile and friendliness always makes me feel better after getting off my 10-hour shift. Also, there is another young Hispanic man who works in the drive-thru (although I haven’t seen him lately). He is also a sweetheart. I don’t know his name. He calls all the customers “Boss,” LOL. He is very helpful.

They always get my order correct, and out in a timely manner. The food is always hot and delicious.

I had been craving a Baconator for breakfast. I stopped at this location had never been here before so I decided to give it a try. I gave it three stars because the potato wedges were warm & not hot. The Baconator was delicious, hot made fresh to order. I would recommend this Wendy’s location for breakfast.

You know you go to a place you look on the internet see what type of specials places have so you act okay there’s a good special here you go there oh that’s no longer in place so you proceeded to ask well I see this on the menu I want this combo and the combo is cheaper than the ala carte so I asked him I’ll take the special the combo he said oh I can’t do it at that price I said that’s what the menu says out here and he was confused he didn’t understand what I was talking about sounds like there’s bait and switch nowadays and they’re not the only ones doing it you see something with your own eyes or you read it on the internet and nothing is true and they don’t do anything to accommodate the customer which is very wrong the only thing I can say out of this conversation is the gentleman I was talking to was very pleasant but just didn’t seem well-informed about what was going on or more or less the upper management don’t tell anybody anything and let them deal with the front of the angry customer

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 2 were just barely warm. The other one had a whole piece of plastic in the middle, the cook tried to call me a liar saying there was no plastic. The manager said I have to contact corporate for a refund on my chicken sandwich. Seriously? How much more worse can your customer service be?

Not the best salad that I’ve had. I’ve come to expect pretty good salads from Wendy’s. The lettuce in this one tasted like water, which ruined the flavors of the other ingredients in the salad. I didn’t finish it bc I felt like I had chugged 32 ounces of water; full but not satisfied.

I come here as a customer and an Uber Eats driver. The customer service alone is what keeps me coming back. Everyone here is so nice and polite! No matter what time of the day. Keep it up guys/gals this is becoming my favorite location!

I was told by this location that they will make all the food from your online order as soon as you submit the order. The food will then sit, no matter how long it takes you to pick it up. No longer can you make an order in advance and have it prepared when you arrive. Until this is fixed I fully recommend choosing another location that does not have this practice. Their fries are trash when cold.

I questioned the employee in the drive-thru, but he was arrogant, rude and dismissive. This employee was about as bad as they come, but no more needs said concerning that.
