Went in today with my family. Service was great; the waiter was very friendly. The food… I don’t know where to begin. Corn tortillas made by hand with a taste that’ll bring you back to your grandma’s. Guisado was thick with a perfect amount of seasoning and taste. The enchiladas are where Texas and Mexico meet, a taste you’ll expect that will not let you down. Rice, which is always a deal-breaker for me, was made to perfection, fluffy, and every grain separated. I will be back to this restaurant with my family again. I will recommend it to friends and family that visit Corpus.

If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD! Called in an order tonight & the food was so cold, the queso I ordered was ice cold & in clumps. I paid 24 bucks for 3 tacos, chips & queso. I asked for 3 asada tacos with lettuce & cheese & 1 with lettuce tomato & cheese, I can’t eat tomatoes but they put it on 2 of the tacos. I had to microwave the queso to heat it up. I called to complain & I believe the person I was talking to was the manager or owner & he hung up on me, how professional is he? Maybe if he wasn’t flirting with one of the waitresses he would’ve paid attention to what I ordered. They say they make homemade tortillas but these looked like they came from the local corner store & how dare he insinuate that i was lying about what i got from them. DO BETTER!!!

El Jalisco Grill is by far my favorite restaurant! I absolutely love the staff, especially the girl that works at the drive through window! I always order the grande quesadilla with barbacoa with a side of chips and queso and it NEVER fails me. I wish this restaurant did a rewards system for how much I go here, as a broke college student this place really gets me through it. I love you El Jalisco <33

Good food and service, and a great value considering the price. Fajitas have a nice char, but still tender and juicy. My daughter had the birria ramen, and she really enjoyed it as well. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Food and service were really good. As Tex-Mex goes this is some of the best in Texas I’ve encountered. The Supreme nachos were delicious and there was enough to fill up both of us. The steak is the winner on everything. And the shrimp. You will leave with leftovers and the fajita plate was enormous. We’ll eat here again every time we visit Corpus.

Friendly and quick service. Drive through available. You’re given chips and salsa. Their horchata is delicious. I had the Sonoran chicken – delicious. The sauce that comes on it is very nice. My husband had the mixed fajitas and said they were good.

Cozy little Mexican place tucked in an odd corner of Enis Joslin and SPID. This place is extremely clean, the atmosphere is friendly and pretty typical.
I ordered chicken fajita street tacos and their margarita flight. The food was good and the flight was awesome. It came with 4 different kinds, regular, strawberry, mango, and pineapple. So good. My order came to $28 for both, which is a steal.
Will definitely go back and try different menu items.

Was down in Corpus Christi a few days ago. Stopped in for some Tex-mex. Ended up eating dinner here three nights in a row.
My wife said these were the best tacos she’d ever eaten. She had the same item all three days.
I had a chimichanga the first night, tacos the second, and nachos with shredded chicken the third night. All were really delicious.
As a bonus we each enjoyed two margaritas each night.
Delicious food and inexpensive margaritas add up to a great time.

I got the Piña Loco this time. A hollowed out half of a grilled pineapple stuffed with beef, chicken, and shrimp fajitas, covered in Monterey jack cheese. Sooooo good. Everything I’ve had there has been delicious.
